Eigentlich war das immer ein guter Laden, wo ich in den letzten ca. 15 Jahren auch immer wieder gerne meine Röhren für Verstärker bestellt habe. Aber bei einem Widerruf braucht man viel Geduld!

Ich hatte zwei Paar Röhren bestellt und gleich die Teureren hatten mir so gut gefallen, dass ich das andere Paar gar nicht mehr geöffnet und nach Widerruf umgehend zurück gesendet hatte. Inzwischen liegt der Versand über 3 Wochen zurück .. der Eingang der Ware wurde auch zeitnah bestätigt mit dem Hinweis, dass es ein paar Werktage dauern kann.. das ist ok - die Röhren müssen sicherlich kurz getestet werden.

Doch inzwischen sind 13 Werktage vergangen und Erinnerungsmails werden vollständig ignoriert! Das finde ich nicht in Ordnung, da bei Anfragen vor dem Kauf immer binnen max. 2 Stunden reagiert wurde..

Truly awesome customer support. I even read their bad reviews and feel bad for the guys. Seems like an impossible task to keep people happy in the highly technical and specialised world of gutair and amp tech.

Personally, I was really happy with the speed, and the quality. They caught my mistake of ordering the wrong part, messaged me and fixed it. I got the right part, and it was perfect. These are now my go to for all tech parts. No go on the chinese crap from Amazon.

Slow shipping, ordered item on 25/12 was'nt shipped out before 5/01 after I that day wrote them an e-mail about where my parcel were :-(

I even tried to call them on 5/01 at 11am. Answering machine said Welcome to Tupe Amp Doktor, we will be back on 2/01, thank you for contacting us :-(

Ich habe schon ein paar mal dort eingekauft. Die Beratung war sehr gut und die letzten Röhren die kt-88 da war die Beratung auch sehr gut.Der Versand war mega schnell.

When there was a problem with a brand new expensive item I purchased because it didn’t work, the Tube Amp Doctor support strung me along for nearly a month. Said they would help replace what I purchased, then they said the retailer should handle it. The retailer rep said Tube Amp Doctor is the worst company to deal with and told me not to buy their products which are poorly made and their warranty is a joke. The retailer referred me back to Tube Amp Doctor. I lost a lot of money. The item was brand new and the warranty was useless.

I got recommendations for tube setups from Andreas Hecke at TAD. My amplifier now sounds really powerful with smooth harmonics. Really happy customer.

Non-working expensive item. Company representative says “not our problem”. Hans Christian Meier. Had communication with this company about the non-working expensive item. I don’t believe a word they write or say and my advice to anyone thing about purchasing a TAD product; look elsewhere.

Bought a 2 button foot switch for my Rivera era fender and it’s perfect, brought my amp back to life 👍

Top notch service - ordered a pair and one of went bad in the shipping. Received a replacement fast!

Bad tubes and worse service

Sent out bad tubes which could not have been tested (despite them saying they had been). They received the returned tubes then held them for 3 weeks saying they hadn't got time to test them then finally issued a refund with no option of supplying functioning tubes.
