Yep, all good. Could do with keyed alike but I guess that's a security thing - alternatively, allow keys to be removed once unlocked so I can have them all on one keyring.

Thanks for the feedback—we’re glad to hear everything met your expectations. We’ve looked at keyed alike and removable keys, but both come with trade-offs. The locks we use are key-retaining, which ensures the box is always secured when closed. Offering keyed alike is possible, but it pushes the price up quite a bit, and we’re keen to keep the product affordable while still delivering solid security.

This company offers a great service, very easy to order equipment from and does exactly what they say. They organised delivery of my order on time and the company they used for this was also very good. The bike box I ordered is very well built and robust, I am very pleased with it. Great service all round.

still waiting on delivery ordered on a Friday paid extra for quick delivery it's wendsday and waited all day again to sign for it and get yet another message to say it will be delivered on Thursday!!! I want a refund and you to cover the cost of my lost income

We’re sorry your delivery didn’t arrive on the date you expected. Your order was dispatched on Monday for a 1–3 day premium service, but unfortunately FedEx - our third-party delivery partner - did not meet that timeframe.
We use independent couriers for all deliveries, and while we dispatch orders promptly, the final scheduling is outside of our direct control. This means we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, though we always pass on confirmed information as soon as we receive it.
As soon as we were made aware of the delay, we processed a refund for the premium delivery cost, and tracking now shows your Tuffbox is scheduled for delivery today.
We understand how frustrating delivery delays can be and appreciate your patience while this was resolved.

Top quality, British made and a lot more reasonably priced than the competition
What a fantastic bit of kit ! Really well made and with everything you need to secure your tools either on site or in your van. Turns out these work out about £160 cheaper than the equivalent from other brands for the same size.
10.30 Am sat in my dressing gown and slipper did a bit of measuring and purchased on the website, 12.20 collected from their manufacturing site in Oldham and by 16.00 it was bolted in to my van !

Thank you for your feedback — we’re sorry to hear you felt the communication wasn’t what you expected.
Just to clarify, we use third-party delivery companies for dispatch, which means we don’t have direct control over their schedules. We only receive the delivery date from them once it has been confirmed, and we then pass that on to our customers as soon as possible.
In your case, once we were aware you were away, we held your order and arranged delivery for your return to ensure you wouldn’t miss it. We did everything possible on our side to support your request and make sure the delivery was timed around your holiday.
We always aim to keep customers informed as soon as delivery dates are confirmed, and we regularly review our processes to ensure things run as smoothly as possible.

The company was really great at keeping me informed about my delivery . The bike container that I ordered is really good quality thick steel , but be aware you need to be strong to put it together. I feel my bike is really secure as the locking mechanism is very secure.

Good solid shed made in the UK
Product was what I was after, fitted my new long-tail e bike. Took a little while to arrive but as described on the site and made in the UK so all good. The lady on customer services went the extra mile to help me know when it was going to arrive. Only snag was that some of the bolts were missing but not the end of the world.

Very helpful company and the customer service from Anthony was first class.
We had two damaged side panels from the Bi-Bike locker. The courier did the damage. Anthony immediately organised replacement of the two panels for next day delivery. Plus £50 for the inconvenience. Excellent Service.

Fantastic bike locker
Really happy with the bike locker. Incredibly easy to put together, feels very secure. The levelling feet are a huge bonus.
