Small company with little accountability and poor business connections
I ordered two pieces of jewelry on 2/7/26 and even paid for expedited delivery. The receipt stated it would be delivered by USP. It was not UPS but a third-party company that supposedly delivered my items on 3/2/26. There were not found in our delivery box or anywhere, for that matter. Surprisingly the photo's showing delivery was our home. When I brought this to the Tula's attention, they said they'd honor the order. I have followed up twice, first time being told they had a large backlog, and the second time telling me the items were delivered on 3/2/26.
