excellent software ! i appreciate the support each time new version arrive

This software worked great! I was able to retrieve/convert some music I bought from iTunes 20 years ago.

A great way to take the music I’ve purchased onto my SHOKZ OpenSwim Pro for use when I’m swimming. Great piece of software and super easy and fast to use and convert.

I have to say, when I first emailed TuneIf about a registration issue, I wasn't expecting a quick response as they seemed like a somewhat small company and I've dealt with software support from similar companies before. I was, however, pleasantly surprised. Support answered my email in less than 24 hours asking for some additional info. After I replied they replied once more, also very quickly having already resolved the problem.

I contacted Tunelf and received a response with a solution to my problem in less than 24 hours. I followed their instructions, and my issue was resolved quickly and effectively.

I contacted Tune Elf and their response was within 24 hours with suggestions on how better to communicate the actual issue. I did this and again their response was timely and after following their advice the App was working again.

Great service and great support. A really useful programme to keep your music, your music!

I used this app to convert audible files to MP3 format. It does this in an extremely efficient way with the minimum of effort.
If you are converting lots of files this is ideal. I'm not so once I converted all my files I sought to cancel my subscription. This is not a straightforward process as it is handled by another business which uses "bots". However, it was cancelled in due course so 5 stars to them. The app - a little pricey - does a very good job.

Fantastic program. Easy to use and has worked to perfection. Just a small issue with my license but support was quick to respond and fix. I’ve been using thsi program since 2022. Love it.

A great program to add music to your collection. I like the fact that you can "direct" where/what folder you want the music to download. It would be nice if you could listen to music as you are downloading, but for the price you can't beat what this software can do.
