Turbo arrived on time I sent my old one and no reply from company and no deposit was received back. Hi on first I'm changing my review first I give the company 1 star, but on the call from company I was asked for tracing number of my old turbo and everything was ok I think was my fold that I don't put any paper work in box. I the same day everything was sorted and deposit was back to my account. Very good and solid company highly recommended .

I’ve bought two turbos for my Vw transporter (Bitdi) from Adrian. First one a in 2022. I had issues with the actuators, were not set up after the turbo was rebuilt by them. I had to pay somebody else a couple hundred pounds to do something that they supposed to do. Turbo lasted for approx 50.000 miles. Return of the refund was ok ish. I had to call a few times to get my refund back.
Second turbo was purchased on May 2025. I decided to buy from Adrian again due to the price being lower than other places. My mistake. Actuators were off again. One of them being completely defect. I had to pay a couple hundred £ to fix this and calibrate the “new” turbo. I had a look on their website and the videos that are on are definitely not on their workshop. If they would have all those machines I would not expect to receive two turbos with the same issue. So be aware of that when you look at the price displayed on their website. The refund £300 was never received back. I have proof that they received my old turbo and signed for it. I’ve called Adrian every week since May. Now it’s end September. He never answered on my texts or calls. His voicemail is full and not accepting any more messages. Probably there are others like me calling to get their money back.
After all this I paid more for a refurbished turbo than if I would buy a new one( turbo+refund+calibration).
Never buy from this company even if it seems cheaper than other ones.

Good communication

Parts delivery ok. Disappointed in the process for refund of surcharge. Old unit was delivered 1 week ago ( I have proof of delivery and photos)and despite repeated messages sent I've not had confirmation of it arriving or when I will get a refund.

Wasn’t very clear about the deposit being separate from the purchase price and customer support didn’t reply to my email.

Can’t fault the service from turbo diesel fast delivery. The cars been fixed now and the turbo is working absolutely spot on! Responded to phone call if had any questions would definitely use these guys again!

I ordered a turbo from Turbo Diesel London, all went smoothly. Turbo arrived, fitted it and all okay, was running on the car for 4 months with no problems.

Little misunderstanding with receiving the deposit hold back but all good, gentleman on phone very helpful and friendly

Following up on my last review i still haven’t received an email or call from this company. 57 days ago i sent my turbo back for warranty and probably unlikely to see MY turbo back. Avoid this company at all costs

Claims it was all explained via email etc but it wasn’t. I made a mistake and soon as I realised I contacted him to be ignored, when he finally contacted me he claimed part would be sent next day delivery and I would receive it Saturday. I’m writing this on Wednesday and still nothing recieved. After writing this review he got in touch to say it had been posted but this wasn’t until the 19th even though I was assured it wi I is be here on the 16th. Also charged me £35 for delivery even though there was nothing about extra delivery price on website. If I could I would add screenshots of all the calls and emails that were ignored between the 2nd of August and the 20th.

Turbo Diesel London were brilliant to deal with. They responded to my enquiry really quickly and helped me find the exact turbo I needed with no hassle — made the whole process easy.

I had some delays getting the old turbo off because my mechanic took much longer than expected. I was really late sending it back, but they were incredibly patient and understanding the whole time. No pressure, just really decent communication and support.

The price was great too, and they always replied quickly and clearly whenever I had a question.

Overall, really happy with the service. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Sent two parts the same instead of left and right side parts, called him to explain he's mistake, said he was sending a replacement and never did also never sent any updates for the replacement parts just kept lying and ignoring the phone calls!

Avoid this company, the reconditioned turbo turned up, I returned the exchange unit and they aren’t answering the phone or responding to emails. Still waiting for my £200 refund - looks like a proper scam to me……
Above has now been rectified, there was a miscommunication somewhere…
