Order placed for over 3.5 weeks , item never arrived, I have contacted them on the 21st of June and asked for an update on the item and being told was some delivery issues and they’re sending another one out .On the 23rd of June I’ve asked for a tracking number and no one was bothered to give me a tracking number or anything, 2 weeks later still no response from them. Time wasters !

Great service, wish it came with gaskets etc as had to buy a separate gasket set. New turbo came with lots of wastegate rattle. Had to put turbo on anyway due to needing it for work. Unknown if it causes performance issues, none that can find it’s just an annoying rattle at about 2krpm. Matched up nicely to everything.

DO NOT BUY, Scammers, my 21 year old daughter spent all her savings on a new turbo only for it to be faulty, when returned no correspondence from them in 3 weeks. Phoned them for refund and they were very abusive and swearing over the phone, sent video of diffent turbo and saying no refund.

Complete waste of time.

Late delivery by over a week & incorrect parts arrived

the guy claims he sent me a link to pay the deposit but he didn’t…. I’ve checked every folder in my email.
Then he said the delivery guys didn’t scan it so he would have to send a replacement 🫢 bit sus to me….. then I’ve had to pester him day after day just for him to send my turbo and he kept saying it’s been sent but although it’s meant to be “NEXT DAY DELIVERY” my gaskets didn’t arrive until 3 more working days 5 including the weekend in total my turbo took 11 days….. so as he said in his reply “ prompt” doesn’t exist.

when it all finally arrived it hadn’t got 75% of the gaskets shown in the photo. To which I was told I didn’t need them anyway

False advertising and shocking behaviour told me to F-OFF when I confronted him about it.

As of your reply anyone who thinks this guy is correct message me and I will send screenshots of his messages and how he deals with things 😂😂 if I could upload pictures here I would
