I had one of the worst customer service experiences ever with Turbo Diesel London. After paying £750 for a turbo, I was told it had been sent out and given a tracking number. When I checked the tracking, the parcel had already been delivered and signed for — by someone I’d never heard of.

When I contacted them, I was told it was a printing issue at DHL and that my turbo had actually gone to a garage called “XYZ.” I rang the garage directly, only to find out this wasn’t true. They confirmed the parcel was theirs, the turbo matched their customer’s vehicle, and had nothing to do with me.

The garage also mentioned they’d had problems with Turbo Diesel London before, including delayed deposit refunds and receiving the wrong part then having to pay for an express courier to fix the issue — a 10-day delay that left their customer waiting. This kind of carelessness affects not just individuals but entire businesses.

When I raised the issue, the seller accused me of conducting a “private investigation.” I don’t need to be investigating anything — I just want what I paid for. My car was left off the road, affecting my work, and there was no urgency from him whatsoever.

Eventually, I decided to cut my losses and go local — and the job was sorted without any hassle. I requested a refund from Turbo Diesel London and was told “sure, no problem.” Two weeks passed and I was completely ignored until I involved my bank. Only then did something finally happen.

This business is unreliable, dishonest, and deeply unprofessional. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear. If you value your time, money, and sanity — go elsewhere.

Bought a turbo from here and I highly recommend, comes with everything you need plus a checklist so even not mechanically inclined people have a good idea what to do

10/10 will be ordering again

Received new turbo quite fast it was exactly what they promised and reasonable priced I’d definitely recommend this company

They sent me a refurbished turbo which only lasted 10 miles before it failedI sent it back for testing when I phone i was told that there was nothing wrong with it despite what I was told by the AA engineer.waited over a week for unit to be returned I never arrived and now not taking my call or emails stay well clear COWBOYS.

Turbo was delivered quickly no issues with the part that was fitted and very friendly when spoken to on the phone.

Turbo delivered as described with all required gaskets. Perfect fit as it was a genuine BMW refurbed item. Resolved our smoky exhaust issues successfully. Customer service were very helpful throughout transaction. Had to nudge a little regarding deposit refund but no quibbles once received. I wish all suppliers were as helpful and provided the same quality products.

I've been trying to get my money back for over 3 months. Ordered turbo for £450 sent it back as wrong turbo they sent out correct one, but when Mechanic went to fit it was pipes and not turbo, so returned it. Communication was good to start with but now will not answer emails or chat on Adrian bot or texts or calls. Was promised refund minus a £35 restock which i was happy with. But been over 3 months now and no refund.

Didn't receive deposit back after over a month. No communication from the company when attempting to resolve this.

Wrong part delivered. And no one is responding on emails calls chat.

Wrong part delivered. Never answers phone. Voicemail full so can’t leave a message now nearly £500 out of pocket on turbo and £1000 on mechanic. Not impressed.

Where do start?
Ordered the turbo, that was ok
Turbo was delivered , that was ok
Took my money for the turbo
Then took the separate £200 deposit, until they had received my old turbo.
Sent my old turbo back via Evri, signed for
In delivery.
They had received my old turbo on the 9 th of april.
No here’s where it gets a bit naughty.
I’ve emailed and rung about 5 times or more.
Sent txts messages. And no reply.
It seems these guys like to draw you in with a good turbo price, but then keep the £200 deposit as well.
I’ve seen this written numerous times on these reviews for this company.
Why not just say £580 for the turbo? That’s what it cost in the end.
Now I have to go to the bank to see if they can get my money back.
Not a good way to run a company.
I’ll wait for the generic response from the owner , about being busy, and blah blah blah.
Total scammers !!!!!!!

Update !!!! Money has been refunded over two weeks later .
