long time customer, they sent me the wrong shirt a week ago, I understand a mistake like this can happen of course.... I emailed them three times and received no reply....update: customer service finally reached out and fixed the problem...

... gosh, well what can I say, a small step into Turnbull & Asser, with a simply beautiful pair of pale blue mother of pearl and silver cufflinks, alas one was damaged, one simple phone call and that replacement pair infront of me almost before I got off the phone, a heavenly wee button held effortlessly in a silver halo ... a world class product all wrapped up in a world class service .... what more could you ask .... well maybe a dresser ... !!!
