Service fantastic. Shirts a treat!

After an in-store purchase, I ordered two ties online because I love the brand and the texture of the silk. Unfortunately, the two ties were packed in one gift box instead of two. It seems petty, but I wanted to gift both ties to friends. In addition, the single box was damaged during the shipment.
That wasn't the problem though. I have sent a message to Turnbull and Asser, but I've never received a reply. It would have been so easy to make amends to this seemingly small issue, but I felt neglected and won't go back. If a company can't get such small things right, how will they get the big things right?

The website is very easy to navigate both via mobile or laptop/desktop. The photographs are clear and the range is superlative.

I got the Casino Royale Dress shirt and bow tie. Initially I was disappointed that it came in a plain box with minimal pomp and circumstance. However the way I now look at this is that with Turnbull and Asser all of the money paid is going in to the garments, which is on balance, much better.

Communication at all stages of the order was clear and concise.

Prices are reasonable for a UK made quality product.

I had an issue with my delivery address, therefore I contacted them by email, and less than 24h later they solved my problem, and my package arrived perfectly just 8 days later (overseas shipping).

With so much "competition" and choice it must be extremely challenging to stand out. But here both the service and the product remain top drawer quality with real and genuine value added - rather than simply subsidizing throwaway trends and advertising. First class cashmere and a beautiful suede belt. Please if you're reading and wondering on a purchase support this unique (high) street and you will not be disappointed - and any item will likely as not last forever no false economies..

Great on delivery , next day , but on exchanges poor , 10 days later , nothing and unable to speak to customer service , simply asked to leave a message

Months (years) after I let a messsge to be warned when a favourite piece returned to stock, you did sent me a message when that was the case, Great.

Was so disappointed receiving a damaged box . The bow tie was not even wrapped in tissue paper . Very disappointing …!

Update: following this post Turnbull & Asser solved the problem immediately, which was much appreciated.

Super frustrating experience, ordered 6 items, received the package with one item missing that was charged for, have now been waiting almost 3 weeks to either receive said missing item or be compensated for it - took 11 days to just get a reply which asked for "clear images of the parcel at all angles as well as its content as received" - why would a customer hold onto packaging for 11 days, and how do you even provide photo evidence that an item is missing? Still not had a reply to this, and so still out of pocket. Extremely disappointing, please sort it out.

It was a a bit disappointing this time. The shirt arrived with oil stains.

They did offer me a couple of options, either dry clean at their cost or return to them for free.

I really like their shirts and they really fits like skin.
