A beautiful new home. We were greeted by a member of Turnkey Vacations and introduced to various systems. We enjoyed four weeks and would certainly recommend this home to others.

I’ll preface by stating I rarely write reviews. I’m easily content. My family has two air b n b’s and they get odd reviews and complaints. But this experience has been extremely disappointing. I’ll try and keep it simple. We had a bad experience with a unique water pipe burst on our 2nd night at 11pm that was pouring water for 30 minutes non stop out of the bottom of the bathroom sink. Firefighters couldn’t get it to stop for 20 minutes after we called them immediately. Finally a plumber did and fixed the issue around midnight. We were able to use our own blankets to stop some of the 2 inches of water from ruining more of the house. But water damage was extensive and ruined the bedroom floor plus some of the living room. Our kids were woken by all the chaos and the firefighters trying to turn off the water outside their bedroom window plus draining the water out as much as they could. We finally tried to sleep at 1am on a mattress on the floor in the living room/kitchen. This was a result of the night before getting no sleep because the bed squeaks with any slight movement due to a bad box spring set up. A complaint and a previous review stated this already so I thought it would’ve been fixed on our stay. It was beyond annoying. Then in the morning we asked for an extra hour to check out since we had the nightmare night before (11am instead of 10am) and they said No. Our kids were miserable cuz they had bad sleep and we didn’t sleep well and now they can’t give us an hour extra? They needed to clean and rent out the ruined home which shouldn’t
be rented till fixed? Then when they had a chance to make up for all this they said they could only refund $50 since we slept there still. I assume the $50 was for our ruined blankets. I said this was unacceptable and they then offered $20 more. Terrible customer service after we saved this home from a lot of damage acting quickly and didn’t just try and leave at midnight to get to a hotel (which would’ve cost them more as well). Turnkey Vacation Rentals (who manages this property) has been very unprofessional and someone who I will never rent from again. Air b & b stepped in finally and paid us HALF of 1 nightly rate plus service fees. At this point it wasn’t about the $. It was principle that we had our trip ruined and they wanted to do nothing about it. This unit was cute but the management failed to fix the previous reviews complaints and then they botched making things right after the disaster. They may not fix the now moldy bathroom and bedroom floors that were saturated with water (an inch to two inches) so beware. They didn’t listen to previous issues so I wouldn’t expect them to listen to this review. They were lucky we acted quickly and this occurred while we were home. The plumber said the pipes were very old and should’ve been checked to avoid this.

Turnkey was very responsive to our questions as well as to the issues we had with the house. The irrigation system sprung a leak and mud slid into the pool. Turnkey had workers there to fix the system and clean the pool in the same day.

The house was lovely and well equipped as very clean.

This beautiful property was well-appointed, cozy, comfortable and very convenient. Highly recommend - we would definitely stay here again. The ease of calling the Canyons Connect shuttle to get up and down the mountain was great (although cabriolet lift is very close). Our kids really enjoyed the pool - nothing but great things to say!

This house was perfect for a couples getaway! Hours was well stocked and very clean! Pool was heated and ready to go when we got there. We already booked for next year!

Beautiful home. Excellently accommodated 4 couples. 3 Large bedrooms en-suite, 4th smaller with bath down hall but powder room right next to bedroom. Large gourmet kitchen with wrap around counter. Accommodates multiple cooks! The views from the living room and patio with its wall to wall sliding glass doors is spectacular! Beautiful Sunsets most nights. Unobstructed ocean views below. Ride into Kona takes about 10 minutes or so. Shopping nearby for groceries, etc. Safeway, Walmart both close.

Our family of 4 stayed very comfortably in this cute and clean condo. It had everything we needed and more! It was just about 5 miles from Main Street, in Kimball Junction. We also drove to several other towns nearby and you can get to any of them in less than 30 minutes. We also drove to Salt Lake City one evening.. it's just so close to everything. This unit is on the second floor but is at street-level and can also easily access from the garage under the condo via the elevator. The elevator is right outside the door which is a plus and it was never loud with passengers. At the club house, the pool was closed for the season (which was previously communicated) and the hot tub was closed the day we went to check it out, for some reason. We loved the fireplace that heated the placy up quickly and perfectly but there was also a heater too. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a perfect spot if you like the beach, just steps away. Small one bedroom apt perfect for two people anymore would be a little tight. Great private patio and a small shared yard in front. Pretty quiet overall, if the slider is open you can hear and see people on the sidewalk. Kitchen was well stocked with the basic needs. Bed was very comfortable, if you like firm beds. Bathroom has been updated very nice just small. My only issue was the shower head a leak that sprayed to the side and would get your head wet. I threw a washcloth over it and made due.
Great little spot in a great little town! Hope to stay again.

Condo was in an excellent location! Definitely older, but clean and well maintained. For its proximity to Park City, it was perfect!

We found Turnkey staff to be helpful and friendly and very responsive to queries. For us, best property management company we’ve yet experienced. We appreciated being able to text them and their swiftness in response time. I didn’t get a sense of tedious bureaucracy, just a quick, useful and human answer to my questions. Well done!

We were in Palm Springs for a family reunion. This nicely remodeled house was in a convenient location near where other relatives were staying and only a mile from our reunion host's place. The house had *everything* we could have asked for --the kitchen was incredibly well-stocked for cooking, plenty of beach towels, clean and warm pool, comfortable beds, and spotlessly clean. We plan to return again.

We stayed in this charming adobe dwelling for eight nights. It was exceptionally comfortable and the kitchen was very well-stocked with cooking gear. It was quiet and comfortable. It was a perfect size for three and could have accommodated four with ease. For reasons that are unclear, the power went out in the second bedroom one evening; however, it was promptly restored the following morning.

Our overall experience with Turnkey Heavenly was a 4*. The main floor, bedrooms and location were 5*. However, the basement and gameroom, Wi-Fi and garage were 3*. Turnkey itself was 5*. They were responsive and resolved any minor complaints we had in the timeframe that they said they would.

Our group came to wine country for the weekend. The house was amazing. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The hot tub in the backyard was nice to relax in. Also, there was plenty of sleeping space for everyone. The house was reasonably priced and was very clean. Check out and check in were easy. I would rent from turnkey again.

Terrible experience. First thing with having successful rentals is excellent customer service, change your your entire team! Or don’t automate it cause they sound like robots. No personal skills and just trying to pass on all requests and information. It was so frustrating trying to deal with your team as they couldn’t fix a simple issue of internet! Don’t advertise high speed internet at .86 mbps. Not a place where you can work from home! Never going through turnkey again and telling all the people I know to pass on your properties as well.

Our group recently used TurnKey for a vacation rental recently and had a nightmare trip due to the false advertising of the rental and poor customer service. In this new world of remote work, we based our decision on where to stay on high speed internet -- a highlight of the TurnKey rental we had booked.

Not only did TurnKey fail to rectify the situation, their customer service did little to nothing to improve our long-term stay. The inept communication also kept us on our toes that they may or may not do anything past "relaying our message to the local team". Very unhappy and displeased with how everything was handled.

Responsive and easy through entire process. Texting a plus.

Overall a great property. The entire house is built from these tree logs - its external frame, patio as well as all the furniture- including some of the beds, tables and chairs. Even the electrical wiring goes from within these logs. Pretty cool. You have these 50 miles of forest land as your backyard. And a cozy fireplace. House is spacious. Kitchen functional. Living room is super tall. The bathroom floors on the second floor heated - super cool on cold days.

Speaking of things to improve - the mattress - as many other reviews state - its very dated, and you wake up with a very bad backache. Not something you want while on vacation. The heaters take an eternity to come up, one degree per hour - so imagine going from 55 when you checkin to 70. The personal ones do make up somewhat during that time. Also the carpets are pretty dated on the second floor and look like they can take a good cleaning. Overall the house is well you know “old”, and while it has these amazing features I mentioned its not a luxurious house per say. If thats the kind of property you need (which one may expect after shelling out a lot of cash), then this might be the wrong choice.

This location is the perfect spot in Big Bear. It's right next to the village and walking distance from all the fun restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and bowling alley. The two houses also have a ton of space for family and friends. Love it!

This was a great property in terms of location, amenities, and cleanliness. Everything in the pictures and description was accurate. Turnkey also made the whole rental process easy. I’m a big fan of the contactless check-in and check-out process. Thanks for a great stay!
