The property we rented for 2 months in park city utah was amazing. Turn key was very responsive until a pipe burst on the 3rd floor and flooded out our bedroom. I have not had a text or phone call response all day. when I call the main turn key number, I keep getting told that a response team member will call me back.

The area was perfect for anyone traveling with a dog since it was so close to a park. It was easy to communicate with TurnKey once we got to the property, however, there was some confusion about registering my dog at the property. With that in mind every time I talked with TurnKey they were polite and tried to be helpful. I would definitely rent from them again.

I had a wonderful time at the house. great pool and hot tub brand new fixed up with upgraded kitchen. very clean. definitely recommended.

I have been using TurnKey for a year now and they are great. The support team is amazing and respond quickly to any issues you have. My rental is doing exceptionally well.

So great. My first vacation company experience, we always choose places where the owner is the manager and cleaner etc etc so I was hesitant. I will not hesitate to book again with turnkey. Cleaning was wonderful. And text response for any little question was immediate. Loved it!

I have to give Turnkey an 11 out of 10. Never have I had such a seamless experience with a rental/property management company. So quick to give us detailed information, almost immediate response to any questions we had and were very helpful in answering questions about Covid testing places, baby equipment rental and with the one small concern we had the responded immediately. Best experience ever!!!!

I had to contact Turnkey several times over the course of our stay. Every time I contacted them, they replied within minutes and were able to obtain the information that we needed in order to make our stay more comfortable. They offered help and solutions to every situation that we encountered and were very pleasant. We were very pleased with the service that we received.

Condo near edge of town in Park City was nicely appointed, clean, convenient to ski slopes, stores, etc. Quiet too. I saw a complaint about this unit being too out of the way, but can't figure out what it was away from unless they wanted slopeside. Would happily rent it again. Access was easy and the garage a bonus.

It was wonderful my daughter's wedding was at the winery next door, it was a perfect location. Everything was perfect my daughter stayed at the cottage the evening before her wedding, it was very peaceful and beautiful.

the Adobe house exceeded our expectations. it was beautifully decorated with NM style decor that was classy and cool! The owners are very brave to have so many pieces out and accessible, we had to pick up a few to get them out of reach of our three kids. The house was functional with large bathrooms, and bedrooms and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was very clean too. We really enjoyed our stay.

We had a great experience and our stay was fantastic!
The communication was wonderful from beginning to end, the place was clean, as described, and a place i would be thrilled to stay at again. 10/10 would recommend.

My family and I had a wonderful and comfortable vacation in your beautiful and peaceful property! We were very sad that it is no longer available for an extension, but we are looking forward to booking this property again next time, and I truly hope that you will accept us again.

Secondly, I must say that we loved the kitchen and everything that came with it! It was a first-class kitchen with everything that we needed and more.

I am a home owner with TurnKey. My relationship and partnership with the TurnKey team continues to grow. We work together to create a space for our guests. The ongoing key is we stay in communication about the wins and opportunities.

This was a beautiful home that was in a prime location. Unfortunately, the home was beautiful with not much more to offer. This rental did not include the basic necessities that one would expect. There was no hand soap, towels or trash cans in any of the bathrooms. We had to purchase towels in order to shower. There was also no iron or the basic toiletries that one would expect. The ad also published a hot tub that I looked forward to enjoying with my guest but it was not clean and operational for my stay. I expressed this early on but the issue was never resolved. On the top floor, I noticed that the shower head and knobs were very loose and needed to be tightened. A lot of basic maintenance was missed. Lastly, there was dust/lint and dead bugs all over the floors that was indicative of the space being idle for a while and not being refreshed prior to our stay. The space itself was immaculately decorated and with some TLC, this space can definitely be amazing!

Ive stayed here now a few times and the property and the management team are always perfect.

Very well organize rental company. Detailed, easy to read instructions. Very nice house. Nice shampoo and conditioner in bathrooms

This company is a joke, rented a home in Aspen, a elderly lady lives in the house you pay to rent, this clown company claimed the we’re going to place is in another rental. Lied about that and disappeared. Not to mention we paid thousands and had to shovel to keep from falling.

Overall we were pleased with the Condo in Granlibakken. There were too few spare towels and we had to hustle to fill in for no sugar or salt in the kitchen but the kitchen was well equipped.
The condo layout is one bedroom on the main floor, two upstairs. The bedroom downstairs has a lock on the door which we didn’t like having. The living room is really nice. Upstairs bedrooms have their own baths. There isn’t a common bathroom in the downstairs- just the one in the locked bedroom.
We were very comfortable here and it’s a quick 15 minutes to Palisades for skiing.
