The staff is kind and courteous. They explained things to you. They’re willing to take their time asking the questions. I’m waiting for you to answer. Everyone I’ve spoken to is very supportive and helpful. Just hope I can get the benefits.

Their knowledge of disability on a one on one basis
So far I've been satisfied but I'm in the early stages of the process. My hope is in their hands and I feel that they will do a great job assisting me on an individual basis with my disability circumstance.

The help I needed was there with Turnout when I needed it the most
I'm in a situation were as in my condition I'm not able to work and I needed immediate help and Turnout was there for me to help me to file my application with SSA to get me started right away with my filling process and it was without any doubt greatly appreciated.

Nervous About Turnout
None of their reviews state that their cases were completed. And after giving my information to one guy and e-signing papers, another guy called two days later with a heavy accent. He stuttered and seemed pretty nervous. He proceeded to ask me questions that I had already answered. I had to cut him off and explain I will contact the first guy I spoke to. I left a message for the first person I spoke with and when he responded, his answer was even more confusing. He said something about the Philippines part of their business. I hope I didn't agree to give someone part of my SSDI money that's not doing anything to deserve it. If I win
