Can’t go wrong with this shop, in my experience.

Customer service has been great. For my most recent purchase, I had an issue where UPS lost my package and folks from Turntable Lab were responsive and helpful. A few years ago I bought my turntable and speakers setup from TTL, and I've been really happy with it. I also love the selection of vinyl and supporting a smaller business.

I keep coming back to Turntable Lab. I’ve made many orders with them over the last few years and am always satisfied with the service. They have excellent customer service and are always responsive and fair in their handling of issues (not that I’ve had many). The one issue I had (which was because of USPS) was dealt with smoothly and quickly - my order was promptly re-sent. I’ve had issues with some other online vinyl stores (orders never turning up, customer service taking weeks to respond, etc.) and I’ve never experienced anything like that with Turntable Lab.

I have a nice record stand from Turntable Lab and recently bought a pair of Audio-Technica LP120 USB, they work and sound great!
USPS bad, Turntable Lab great.
Despite a very unpredictable USPS for which a Priority Mail package took a month to get here, Turntable Lab staff was exceedingly helpful. The We Are Rewind GB-001 tape player has been outstanding, and is now the core of my home system, having replaced years of systems of all sizes and configurations.
Wrong Item, Good Customer Service
They sent me the incorrect stylus. I paid $40 for 2-day shipping, so I was disappointed. However, they issued me a full refund the next day and offered me a discount code, without me having to return the stylus. Very pleased with the customer service!
Long time customer and fan
I have purchased from Turntable Lab multiple times and have always had an incredibly positive experience. Their customer service team is excellent and their product selection is really well curated.
International Buyer Beware
I ordered from Turntable Lab after seeing that they ship to Poland, with shipping and customs costs clearly shown at checkout. I ordered a few accessories and a Line Phono stand. The accessories arrived quickly. The stand did not.
Without any notice from TTL, the UPS tracking updated the shipment as cancelled. When I contacted customer service, I was told shipping costs had suddenly increased, and I was only offered a 10% refund on a $200+ item.
In reality, the stand was already in Poland, stuck in customs due to missing and incorrect paperwork from Turntable Lab. I was contacted by UPS directly and warned about storage fees. With no help from TTL, I had to handle the customs clearance myself, resulting in extensive paperwork and about $90 in additional import charges.
After repeated follow-ups, Turntable Lab eventually refunded most of the order, including the VAT I had to pay. However, this only happened after a week of silence and once the issue had already been resolved on my end. Unfortunately, once the stand finally arrived, I noticed a major quality issue during assembly. The black finish rubbed off onto my hands and clothes, making the product unusable. To say I was frustrated at this point is putting it lightly.
If you’re ordering from outside the US, think twice. Turntable Lab’s international shipping, documentation handling, and quality control are unreliable, and you may be left dealing with the consequences on your own.
DO NOT BUY from this company!!! You will regret it!!!
We ordered a turntable for Christmas for my daughter. Right out of the box it did not work. The customer service sucks!!! Took them 5 days before they finally respond to a email because calling gets you no response. I finally got to return it. I shipped it and they received the package and it has been over a week they got it back and still have not received my refund!!!
Do not buy from this company!!! Way over priced and customer service is crap!!! You can get all the same stuff from Amazon and much cheaper for the same stuff.

Turntable Labs - Not a Great Company
When I first found the site, I thought I had found a great solution for pickup up records online at fair prices.
Everything after hitting “buy” has been less than stellar to put it lightly. They run a 4+ records deal for 10% as well as a 10% discount for signing up for email and text notifications. Somehow during my first purchase getting 4+ records I burned through my 10% discount at the same time for no additional money saved. I tried to call, the number on their website isn’t working. Great.
I send an email. Days pass, I get a response after 3 days after touting a 24 hour 1 business day response time on their website. Customer support is more than useless. Unable to provide another code, unable to give a good reason why I shouldn’t have my discount code. Horrible experience.
Shipping times also aren’t great if you are used to living in the 21st century. Orders can take up to 4 days (business days mind you) to ship and up to another week in transit. Mind you I live 12 driving hours away from where the items were shipped from. Maybe their warehouse is just so gargantuan that poor Billy needed the time to find A Moon shaped pool 2 LP 180G edition. At least nothing was broken when it arrived. Done with this company.
They sent me a broken turntable
They sent me a broken turntable. I recorded a video of it, sent it to their customer service, and they asked me to ship it back. I shipped it in the exact packaging I received it in and they claimed the dust cover was scratched and they needed to take 15% off my refund. I didn't ask for a refund, I asked for a turntable that worked. They told me the turntable was "resalable" and not broken from their end. It was definitely broken, I tried several records and had a few videos of it playing incorrectly. They weren't helpful at all. I wouldn't shop there again. What a bummer!

That record is not supposed to do that. Because this is an international order I can't send a replacement but I can give you a partial refund of 15% for your inconvenience.
