I love Turtle Method
I love Turtle Method. They don’t just focus on weight loss it’s so much more. They have helped my mindset massively and the way I think about food and exercise. All the coaches are lovely and have all the time in the world for you. I have also made so many friends out of it. It’s such an amazing community.
Why Turtle Method is revolutionary.
After years of yo-yo dieting I joined one of Turtle Method's challenges. I expected some impersonal guidance that would help me start a new habit for a short time. What I didn't expect was the massive community of supportive individuals. It was the complete opposite to what I expected. It felt personal. It felt supportive. I finally understood macros and why protein is so important. I ate chicken wings and ice cream but in a balanced way. Listening to the daily podcasts was facinating and made me feel like I was not alone. I have had my conditioned behaviours around food challenged and my mind expanded. I have maintained a achievable, healthy lifestyle (NOT A DIET!) for longer than I have ever done before. I feel like I am changing not just my body but my life and my mind.

The 21 day mental health challenge has had a massive impact on my day-to-day life. In a relatively short amount of time I have not only improved my relationship with food and exercise but I have completely changed how I treat myself and others. I am so grateful for the experience and can't wait to continue my Turtle Method journey.

The summer mental health challenge has has honestly been the best experience I could’ve asked for.
The live 6:30 am workout has honestly been life changing for me before I used to wake up and roll out of bed at 8:20 in the morning and would start work at 8:30. And honestly wouldn’t get fully productive until 10am. Where as now I waking up at 6:30am joining the live workout with everyone, (if I don’t I get FOMO). Now when I start work at 8:30 I feel very productive and achieve a lot more in my day.
I can’t thank the Turtle team enough for helping me and giving me some accountability for changing my routine for the better.
Summer Mental Health Challenge 🧡
I joined the mental health summer challenge after following Louise’s journey on Instagram. I felt inspired and loved the fact the turtle method were offering you your money back if you completed the challenge as they rightly said, people don’t value something that’s free. Not only have I now got a routine I didn’t before, I’ve learned SO much from the team, the expert chats have been invaluable and my head has been turned away from mindless calorie counting. I’m now signing up to the turtle gold subscription- I’ll be a turtle for life and can’t thank all of the team enough for a phenomenal 21 day challenge 🙌🏼🐢💚

The most inspiring and life-changing challenge to date!
The 21 day mental health challenge has really helped me hone in on what my values are in life and also understand what is truly important to me and why. Some of the realisations that I had were that I was asserting value to things that really didn’t deserve the time or that I was holding on to thoughts or feelings that were making me feel a way that I didn’t want to feel and that I actually had the power to alter this and not let them consume me. My mindset has also been reshaped about weightloss and maintenance and how exercise can be used for empowerment and growth and to show me what I am capable of achieving. HOW INCREDIBLE THAT THIS HAS STEMMED FROM A 3 WEEK CHALLENGE?! The expert talks in the evening and the turtle radio have been so useful and so refreshing. I’ve been a turtle for over two years and I’m still learning new things and this programme is still delivering new ways to enhance my mindset and better my knowledge of how to lead the life that I want. I have woken up every morning over the six weeks holiday to complete the early morning workout with Ryan and it has made such a positive impact on my day, I can’t even explain it. I would recommend the Turtle Method programme to anyone and everyone. Keep the glass empty because you will learn so much!

I have taken part in a few challenges as a Trtle member and the 21 day challenge has once again been fantastic. So many aspects to it - knowledge, exercise, support and well-being. That is why Trtle method is so amazing and life changing. It allows you to focus on all elements of health and well-being - not just calorie counting. Before starting Trtle I would have come back from my summer holiday, self deprecating because I have indulged and gained what - searching for the quickest crash diet to lose the extra weight. Now I return knowing that I have gained a few pounds and that is the end of the narrative. Now I will get back to tracking macros more carefully and everything will be fine. Trtle method is life changing!

Thank you for changing my life! Over two amazing years of turtle saw my relationship with food change in ways I never thought would be possible.

The turtle way of living = incredible! Never before did I think I could wake up at 6am to workout!! The shift in my mental and physical health has been amazing and it’s all down to the workouts and guidance from the incredible team and guest speakers / trainers. Thank you turtle!

I love the live classes every morning and the support and energy of each member of the team. I have something to look forward to each day, now that I have found the Turtle Method.

If you do anything today….sign up to this app. It’s a game changer. I started on the 2 week free masterclass and signed up to the yearly app.
Most recently I have taken part in the summer mental health challenge. I have learnt so much of all the other aspects to weight loss, why we do things, why we beat ourselves up for eating bread (FYI we can and we SHOULD!) and why we compare ourselves to others.
The workouts are short and sweet and sets you up greatly for the day ahead. I love this app and new way of life. To top it off I’ve lost over 1 stone and 15inches over all.
Do it! You’ll not regret it.

The 21 day mental health challenge was a great addition to turtle, fantastic expert chats, member discussions and variety of short workouts to start the day right, all recorded too! The app is excellent and easy to follow if you're getting started with macros. Couldn't recommend more!

This isn't just another macro counting app, it also considers mindfulness. I Enjoy planning my day in the morning and then reflecting about the day at night. The diary tabs are formatted to make this as easy as possible to complete.
Best feature is the macro auto-adjuster for those days you have gone over your macros.

Joined Turtle for the ‘Summer mental health challenge ’ and it’s been a great start to restarting my fitness. Great variety of workouts and I’ve really enjoyed the chats with the experts. It really is an excellent supportive group. Would highly recommend.

I love how turtle method consistently responds and adapts to the users wants and needs and that is what we have received again from this fantastic challenge. It has been informative, high quality, inclusive and once again an inspiring, positive programme with an invaluable community.
Turtle method always focuses on the full person and all of the people within its community - this is a really special and valuable part of the company that I have never received elsewhere.
Once again, after immersing myself in this positive challenge I have remained committed, inspired and motivated to improve myself and lifestyle and I have all of the tools I need to do that with the great value and care of turtle.

I joined for the 21 day mental health challenge and it has really challenged my deep rooted misinformed understanding of food/cravings. While the information shared on period cycles has really opened my eyes. The community is fantastic and Turtle is a breath of fresh air.
