Mental Health Challenge has really helped me on the road to working on myself. It has given me a bit of knowledge to start being more aware of what I am doing and help get me out of my brainfog that I wasn't aware of. It's only small steps now, however it feels good to invest time in myself. All the expert chats were interesting and its great to hear real life experiences from the community that I also feel I resonate with so I know I'm not in this alone.

I recently wrote a 5* review for Turtle Method as I did the Summer Mental Health Challenge and loved it. I loved the community the app and the product. I was convinced I wanted to continue on a long term membership.

I’ve however changed my mind and won’t be putting my money near Turtle again, unfortunately as I really love what they do. Their admin and support is terrible. We were supposed to get refunded the cost of the challenge if we checked in every day, I did as did many others and were waiting a month and half for the refund, with no communication. Ok I thought, a one time thing and didn’t really mind as I was happy to pay anyway. I then signed up again to the app. Money has been taken but it’s not letting me log in. I emailed and I got a short reply that I’d been passed over the to app team to deal with and no name on the email. 4 days later no response, can’t sign in to the app still saying I need to buy a plan. I will be asking for a full refund and putting money elsewhere. Great great product, shoddy customer service and communication. A real shame…

The mental health challenge came at the perfect time for me. I’d just come back from a 2 week holiday and wanted to get straight back into looking after my mind and body. I’m a teacher and often struggle during the summer holidays as I lack routine and structure. However, with all of the workouts, morning radio sessions and seminars with some fantastic professionals in their field, I’ve thrived and gotten myself ready to go back to school next week. 100% recommend turtle and or any of their challenges. Turtle has changed my life in ways I never thought possible.

Another amazing challenge from Turtle! Summer can be a hard time to focus on yourself and keep up with your usual healthy routines. Children are off school, there are holidays to be enjoyed, days out, special occasions plus work but the 21 day challenge from Turtle has been a great way of keeping things going during a busy time.

The challenge provided an opportunity to focus on both mental and physical health with daily exercise sessions, group chats and talks from professionals on a wide range of topics. All of the sessions are recorded too meaning you never have to miss out if you can’t make it to the lives. This has been great for me personally as it meant I could work it around my holidays.

For me this challenge has been the perfect fit for the summer and I feel I will be reset and ready to go as we head into last part of the year.

This summer mental health challenge has been fundamental in getting me back into a good solid routine as well as helping my mindset. From waking up with a spicy work out from Ryan, to the wise words of wisdom from Scott and then the expert talks I have never felt more empowered to make each day count.
All this in just 21 days!! I’m so lucky to be a full turtle member and benefit from what this amazing community has to offer. We aren’t just a number we are truly a family, valued respected and the laughs we share are priceless.

Far too complicated I couldn’t get the zoom to work at all just gave it was just a faff that I don’t have time for waste of £21

After reading other replies I expected a similar slightly aggressive sounding response. I spoke to someone on Facebook who pretty much told me that they can’t afford to do everything on one platform ( tell us beforehand maybe that it won’t be simple to use) and yes I’m aware how zoom works but I had multiple issues with it. I found jumping to platforms awkward and I’m allowed to have that opinion

I think you are firmly showing yourself for the lack of customer service most other companies would have simply apologised for the complicated method however you don’t seem to do that with anyone . Certainly won’t be using again or recommending to anyone.

Made an incredible difference to my mental health! I’m so glad I did it and can’t thank Ryan, Scott and all others involved in the challenge and Turtle community.

I have tried cancelling this twice - you told me you had cancelled and gave me a one month free subscription. However, I am still being charged for a service I do not want (due to poor service). I didnt even use the alleged free month. Please can you sort this out immediately and give me back my money / stop ignoring my emails? Thanks.

About a month in and with great result. I took advantage of the great offers Turtle has had on. After getting the Jubilee bundle I joined the 14-day master class. The master class really helps you set up for succes and the workouts in the Jubilee bundle have been great so far.
What I like most of all is that there's no guilt involved and they really drive home that point. You're allowed to eat whatever you like, you can indulge and get back on track afterwards. Just be honest about it with yourself and enjoy the food. This isn't just empy talk but is reflected in the app as well. The design language there doesn't have warnings, popups or anything else if you go overboard. It's presented in the same neutral way and the app provides perspective as well. Your weight can have gone up compared to yesterday, but your weekly average might still be lower.

I can highly recommend checking it out!

Having ordered 2 copies of the plan during the jubilee offer for my partner and I, I only received one lot of equipment (mat and journal). Looking at the plan and it appearing largely focussed at females I requested rather than sending additional equipment I subsequently contacted the support and requested a refund for one of the plans which I was advised would be processed. Almost a month since this was reportedly being processed I still have no refund and only one set of equipment. I am no receiving no response to my emails chasing this either. Having done other online plans in the past I would rate this as by far the worst for customer service.

I signed up via the 14day master class and believe it has completely changed my life. Listening the daily podcasts (some so relatable it was like listening to my our life story) following the very simple macro tracking system and actually lossing fat. WOW it really does work!. I feel free to eat what I want to eat now without the guilt. I fit it into my marco allowance and boom I get on with my day. Massively changed my out look on weight loss. No one holiday diets but a new one day at a time journey for me. Couldn't be happier. Trust it and give it ago.

This app has exceeded my expectations. It’s really intuitive and easy to use, I plan my meals for the day the evening before and it takes minutes! The morning and evening check ins are really motivational and keep you feeling accountable. Really impressed and definitely superior to my fitness pal.

Really confusing from the get go. Couldn’t find anything, emailed my concerns to get help, just another email to the app team asking them to help me, never heard anything back. I was really excited about this as it meant I can incorporate it around my work but actually it’s really complex, unhelpful and unsupportive :( have emailed again to find out where to unsubscribe as it looks like my accounts were never set up properly despite taking payment. Still want to cancel this and could still do with help doing that!

I’ve been really pleased with the app and all the help that is provided, especially the 14 day nutrition class, that has really helped me to understand where I have gone wrong in the past, and to let it go! Now I am tracking truthfully and making much better choices, and starting to see the results in both mental and physical health, thank you!

I love being a turtle. The support provided by the daily radio, WhatsApp groups and Facebook group is worth the price I paid alone and you also get the App which is allowing me to steadily loose 1lb a week. 17 weeks in and I'm almost 17lbs down, I've trusted the process and it's 100% working for me. I'd highly recommend signing up to thier 14 day free trail when the next one pops along and then taking advantage of whatever introductory offer they are running at the end.

Keeps me on track- great for my feeling and keeps my exercise and steps going

Joining this community is the best thing I've ever done for myself! The coaches, peers, programme, plans, advice, teachings, book club, yoga, app, clear whey and tshirts etc. Are ALL THE BEST!! It's therapy, motivation, inspiration and support. Weight loss and fitness is just a great bi-product of joining turtle.method- it's way more than that!!
