Just bought a tv bed from Stewart at tv bed store what a great service and a great guy we were never pushed into buying a bed we were given a demonstration on one set up and was left to decide on the bed of our choice. He gave us a great deal on our bed as we had travelled up from Eastbourne well worth the time the bed was delivered when he said it would and the delivery guys delivered to our bedroom upstairs with no problem. The bed was packed well and was of better quality than I anticipated and Stewart helped me with a problem when I was installing it all up and working and chuffed to bits with it great customer service

First Experience of purchasing from TV Bedstore but it was a positive and pleasant experience.

I just bought a new bed from another Furniture store local to me and decided that new pillows were also necessary.

The store I bought the bed from sell the pillows I wanted but they were out of stock and more expensive.

I ordered them from TV Bedstore on line on Sunday evening and they were delivered yesterday (28th October)

The follow up emails were excellent as were the updates from their courier DPD.

The pillows came individually boxed and packed and were perfect condition.

They were £5 each cheaper and the delivery fee was a very reasonable £3.99 as opposed to £10 from the place I got my bed from.

Great company and service would highly recommend them and will almost certainly purchase from them again.

I found myself browsing dozens of ' tv bed ' websites. All with extortionate price tags, for more or less the same product.
Yes some will be cheap scrap and others will be expensive scrap!
And we landed lucky, From the word go, Stewart answered all questions and gave the family run feel about the company!
And I'd rather support a family business than a giant any day!!
The service was superb, the team all did their bit and we made our choice and organised delivery.
Building the bed was a piece of cake, was all 1 man except for fitting the matress platform.
And in under 2 hours.
Beds superb! Not cheap scrap, a really, really well made bit of kit..
Stewart has done an amazing job of making sure his products are top of their game.
Dont support the big guys, support the smaller guys!
Superb product, superb service.

I needed to get my parents a new bed. Having researched, I came across quite a few TVBed retailers and I visited a couple shops, near me where I live, but they were all about the hard sell more concerned about upselling, pillows, extra warranties etc...even something about a tree ???
I then discovered tvbedstore.co.uk. I visited their showroom, no pressure, no hard sell, just honest advice as what was best for our needs, and we ended up getting a superb deal.
An awesome surround sound tvbed with great storage, latest smart TV, and a superb mattress, and a cinema quality sound !
Compared to the other companies I'd checked near me in Leigh I got a far better bed, and it was £400 cheaper with surround sound too, and with free delivery!
Chris was great, keeping me updated throughout, and my bed was delivered 2 days later, to room of choice, as my mother was due out of hospital and we needed it in time for that, we set up for her for when she got home. Assembly was super easy too, and having assembled it ourselves we could see that the build quality was fantastic.
Overall, a wonderful experience, and it pays to shop around...
It was an easy experience, no dramas, no hard sell, all the staff I spoke to were super helpful.
We even got a call a week or so later, asking how our parents liked it, and asking whether we had any concerns...
Super rare quality service and highly recommended, and will soon be ordering a new bed for ourselves soon...

The team at TV Bedstore were incredibly helpful, sorting a new remote control and sending it really quickly. The communication and support were brilliant.

The buying process was seamless, we had to wait a while for delivery as I was away at work. The day of expected delivery we were informed that it wasn’t arriving until the next day which was a pain as my wife and I had both taken a day off work to accommodate delivery.

This was the 3rd bed we’ve purchased top quality fast delivery and outstanding customer service

Really happy with my bed. Fast delivery, easy to assemble (I did it on my own, it was a king), looks amazing. The tv mechanism works perfectly and I paid extra for the lights on the back. Felt like a relatively expensive add-on but it really sets the bed off in the bedroom.

Only slight complaint was the delivery in that it was just put in my hallway. I had to eat my spinach and get it upstairs myself, but I’m very happy. Also got a call a few weeks later checking in and reminding me about the warranty. Great value compared to the bed shops on the retail parks.

The bed is amazing quality very pleased and service was great, would recommend.
