This is the 2nd time I have purchased from this company and can honestly say , I highly recommend this company . From start to finish , communication was excellent on every step. The quality of the beds I have purchased are 10/10, I still have the previous bed I purchased over 7 years ago and it is still like new with no faults . Arrived much quicker than expected unlike the mattress which I am still waiting for (different supplier).

The quality of the mattress protector is superb thought it was expensive till I saw the quality. Worth every penny.

I purchased my TV bed about 6months ago and everything was all good…. But just recently my remote for raising and lowering the TV was very intermittent…Contacted Stewart at the site and he went through trying to resync the remote but unfortunately didn’t work… New remote was sent first class that day and now all good…First class service from them ….would definitely recommend this company to anyone…Thank you again great service.

Great Customer Service ! purchased my super king tv bed almost 3 years ago and have had no issues at all bed still fabulous looking and super comfortable. Recently ordered a new remote as we lost it and were given 5 star service as I ordered the wrong one it was returned and the correct remote was sent out with no issues at all, would recommend these beds to anyone looking for a sturdy great looking tv bed.

The TV-BED quality was absolutely fantastic…..we have had it for nearly 2 years and it works like a dream.

We have just replaced our TV bed. Amazing bed for an excellent price. The ordering and receiving the bed was a doddle. Service was excellent. Stewart was really helpful and informative. The delivery was smooth and easy. The bed is amazing, communication was excellant. thankyou Stewart for an easy smooth experience and of course an excellent, very comfortable bed. Lack of updates was the biggest issue until Kate Patten got involved, then there was a clear understanding of what was happening with the order. Would like to thabk her again for keeping intouch every step.

Absolute outstanding service; order process; & competitive price.
Last Tuesday afternoon I was ordering a small item I needed fairly quickly - BUT the online order page only had a single delivery option of 7 to 10 WORKING days.

So I phoned the contact phone number & selected the Customer Services option. I got through straight away, & it was Stewart, the owner of the company, who answered my call.
I queried if a quicker delivery could be arranged. To my amazement, he said if I completed the online order immediately, he would have the item posted to me that afternoon for delivery on Friday.
I offered to pay extra for the delivery, but he said it would be the SAME cost.
Thereafter the item arrived around lunchtime on the Friday.

It was so good to deal with a company system that has many options for payment; has a phone service where calls are answered promptly; an order system which doesn’t require the lengthy process of having to create an online account before an order can be made; and doesn’t have a BOT or online chat.

What a fantastic service!

Stewart was incredibly helpful from start to finish helping me identify what remote I needed and offered to help me set it up when I was having issues! I can’t recommend the business enough, thank you and I can finally put my TV down again!!! 😊

Package send to wrong address, after phoning them I got message that I will get it in next 3 days and will update me with tracking number. 3 days later still no sign of package nor email with tracking or confirmation that this has been looked into. Now got message that the pillows are out of stock and need to wait another few days and then hopefully they will send it. It’s ridiculous as their whats app option is not working, on chat you don’t get much support and always get message that will contact you asap. Never order from them again. At least should get some refund or something.

We bought some pillows, that's were unfortunately out of stock, Stewart contacted us right away and offered multiple solutions and let me choose which would suit us best, friendly and efficient.

I cannot recommend this company enough!!! Amazing quality beds and amazing customer service, great prices! Family run business, from ordering to delivery 100% recommended, nothing was ever too much trouble! Would never buy beds from anywhere else after dealing with this company!!!
