Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs, lag, buffer, channels stop working. 4k movies don’t work. It’s all a scam and a rip off.
I’ve emailed twice for a refund, no reply
Messaged via what’s app multiple times and received no reply.
The only thing there customer service does is say “ we have changed your host “
Oh and don’t worry, you’ll use it for awhile. Next minute the app will say you need to pay £4.99 as your trial has expired even though you’ve just spent 80£+
Will be disputing with the bank. STAY AWAY from this.

Most categories are fine. It stopped they changed host and back up running. Customer service pretty good they do respond. 4K movies will not work.
Channels went dark
Literally only reason i got this service is to watch premier league football. After 2 weeks channels went dark and text on them cited video has been restricted due to some code violation of terms of service by Cloudflare. Had quick responses when buying this service, radio silence when asking what this is about. Would demand refund, but nobody is responding so f it.
Poor service
Used a few iptv services in the past and sadly this one was veey disappointing. Only had it about a week and now doesn't work. I Get some error saying streaming from cloud fares basically service is prohibited.
Im guessing this might have something to do with using Smarters Player. They want you to use a Player that logs the MAC address of your device so that you can only use one specific device. I prefer services that allow me to use my phone and firestick (not at same time) under one subscription.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this service at it has failed on so many fronts. Firstly, the service they promised (or parts that I needed) were never available. This was despite me contacting them prior to subscribing and asking implicitly for the service in question and the assurances it was available.
Secondly, the support is appalling and the promised 9am-11am support period just doesn't exist. I sent my support query in at 2pm and two days later I had to send another request as my first one was completely ignored. A solution to my query was recommended but sadly this failed so I contacted them again and 24 hours later I had to remind them they had failed to respond.
Although the support agent was polite and helpful, he wasn't able to offer any help. I have to put this one down to a very poor experience and I'm glad that I just subscribed for a month initially so I can cut my losses.

After reply - I was contacted later although it states 24 hour customer service. Very slow reply service is up and running now.

My experience with thus company has been really good. They have helped us and all my mates as well to get set. With support 24/7 which is actually available unlike at other companies.

I’ve brought 4/5 friends and family to them. I’ve got a year subscription. Fxckung amazing. Zero buffering. I’ve tried others and they have been shit, buffering just crap. These have been great. I even got it in my car 😂 100% would recommend

I got a 1 month subscription for two devices, and they walked me through the setup until both my Firesticks one in the living room and one upstairs were good to go. So far I’m super happy with the service and support!
