Horrible company ordered a month ago and nothing I dmd them on instagram and they said they will process order within 48 hrs never did SCAM

Pants were just a bit too large in the thigh area

I had a great experience with Twillmkt, they shipped very fast and the item is amazing quality. I will be ordering again!

The website was great! It helped me to make a quick and easy exchange when I got the wrong size. Everything is also really easy to find.

Literally the worst company EVER. Please read this before you buy anything from these guys. I buy a lot of high end as well as fast fashion online and this company is by far the worst. I found the exact same pants I ordered from TWLMKT on shein and they were 4 times the price. They took 2.5 months to deliver, and they were SO tight I couldn’t even get the button within 6 inches of touching. I ordered a size 34 men’s waist jeans and they fit like a 28 because they are Chinese sizing even tho the company markets them as US size. Absolutely terrible experience and I feel robbed. I should have read the reviews before purchasing but it was an impulse buy.

Do not order from this website. The worst customer service and shipping I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. Been over a month since I ordered. Still havnt received. And when I complained they updated the order to preparing shipment lol been that way for 2 weeks now. There’s no way this company has returning clients.

A couple years ago I purchased a few pairs of pants. I remember having issues trying to get a refund for 2 of the pairs. Had to contact them multiple times until I luckily got refunded. I did keep one of the pairs though, which I had sitting in my drawer all this time. I finally wore them out and after one wash they shrunk down like two sizes, and the stitching came undone resulting in the metal buckles hanging off the straps to come off. Got one use out of them and now they're in the trash.

Okay y’all I’ve bought from this place a few times, I’m not gonna lie, the order I placed at the beginning of the year, took like 1.5-2 months to get here. But the pants were so hard I said f— it and hopped back on the site and got more pants cuz there was a sale. This time around they got here quick/ in a normal timeframe for ordering clothes. I ordered two separate orders a couple days apart and they both got here at a normal pace. I think it’s possible that there was maybe issues in the beginning of the year and everything got sorted out. The time to get ur clothes could potentially be a concern, especially if ur tryna throw a fit together quick but the quality is definitely there, if that’s the most important thing to you

Unbelievable Experience - Ordered about $300 worth of items in January and didn't get it until late march (shipped from China) and the sizing was completely off from what is listed and was missing an item. 34" for them is barely a 30".

Went through a headache to return the items which goes to (Irvine, CA) and then asked to get the items in the correct sizes and the one that wasn't included with a new order applied with the credit from the return.

Took forever and got a new package in late May and again didn't include one item from the original order and the new sizes were no better.

Items look really great and would be amazing if the sizing fit and if they were accountable with communication.

Tried to deal with disputes directly with them, but was a nightmare and they avoid you at all costs. Thank god my credit card offers a solution to that sketchy behavior.

Save your money and go elsewhere unless you want to deal with a lot of trouble and headache.

Bruh all imma say is. Don’t order from this company. I’m amazed that people have given this any thing above a one star. Imma keep it real with y’all don’t do it. If you wanna waste ya bread go for it. It’s not coming family lol

SCAMMMMM! They make FAKE ACCOUNTS to make it seem like their legit, but I’ve been waiting for 1 month so far and the tracking still says shipping. This was for two items that said “ships in 24hrs” they scammed the hell out of me and there is ZERO customer service. Don’t say I didn’t warn you. If it’s too late and they already got your money, simply report them to the FTC.gov

HORRIBLE Company! I placed an order and followed up Re: shipping. They said package was delivered and provided usps tracking number. The delivery confirmation showed the wrong address, not the shipping address I provided! The company refused to correct their error and re-send to my address or refund my money. If anyone has any suggestions at this point, please let me know.

Very unprofessional, shipping took months!! And The customer service was the worst. Never ordering from this site again. Also, once I received my order it was wrong & the sizing wasn’t accurate.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. It took over a month to get my order and when it arrived it was the wrong product! It takes days to even get in touch with a customer service representative, and when they answer they don’t even help! Don’t ever order from this company! I know I will never do it again.

Place an order in March for some pants & it’s now May and I haven’t received anything & can’t get a refund. I’ve sent multiple emails & they keep saying they will contact their team. This site is a scam

They are scammers do not buy anything from them. I bought $90 pants and it’s been 3 months and they still haven’t got here. Emailed them multiple of times and they say we’re checking with our team. B.S.

Ordered products from them, never received and got a refund. Unfortunately used apple pay so can't get my money back.

Not going to lie, I love what I saw but hate the service. Yes they take about a month for delivery. Be careful with the sizing, their sizing is not based on US size, so size up. I believe they are a japan/China based company. Trust me I know because I work for the post office, I can tell by the shipping label
