On the website it says delivery is 4-6 days, however it took double this as the product is being shipped from China. Therefore we missed receiving it for the holiday we had specifically bought it for. It’s different to what you see on the website with no branding.
I’m trying to return it but there is no answer from email, phone or WhatsApp, no returns label sent. No way of return, total waste of money. Avoid!

I placed an order that took a while to return, I now want to return it as my daughter is not happy to use the carrier and no one is answering my emails or messages regarding how to do so!

I would avoid. The material is poor, the buckle and safety loop, are flimsy and there are no safety precautions attached anywhere on the carrier - this is a big red flag. The packaging and instructions are not branded - just generic - another red flag. I wish I hadn't of wasted my money on it. I'd suggest buying yourself a Liftt pouch or a ring sling.

Ads all over social media but I placed an order over a week ago. Money has been debited from my account, with no order raised. No email confirmation. Nobody answers phone call or responds through Whatsapp. Email address listed on website does not exist. AVOID, please dont make the same mistake I did.

Produit qui doit mettre 2 jours à arriver et au final 3 semaines. Quasiment aucune réponse de la part de l’entreprise. Article qui fait hyper mal au dos donc je veux le renvoyer et personne ne répond … je ne recommande absolument pas

- Delivery took nearly two weeks but is advertised as 4-6 days on the website
- The item came in a cheap plastic bag from China and contains no label confirming weight restrictions, materials used or how to wash the item
- Item does not contain any branding of "Twinie"
- Item is available on Amazon, with different branding for less than £10 and clearly uses the same manufacturer.
Very, very poor experience, don't feel safe giving this as a gift due to no branding or labels or instructions on how to use. Looks totally unprofessional and also unsafe due to no labels for warnings etc.

It took over 10 days to arrive . It looked nothing like how they advertised it. I spoke to customer service and she said “due to temporary stock some items were shipped without branding”. Had they of stated the branding and shipping on the website I would not of ordered. Only thing great was fast replies on customer service.

Super slow delivery. Ordered on the 4th and still waiting for it to come from China. There’s no mention of it coming from china on the website as I would have ordered from a different brand. I also annoyingly didn’t spot that you could upgrade delivery too! Hopefully the quality will be ok once it arrives.

It looks strong & stylish. The 'seat' in corduroy should be soft on bare legs.

Gave 4 * as it took a fortnight to arrive with no updates. However, customer service responded quickly.

Not a scam page which panicked me when i seen that on here after ordering.
Carrier arrived within a week. I had great communication with company via instagram. A link to royal mail tracking was given. Yes it has no ‘twinie’ label as seen with dearer options however thats expected. You’re not paying the dearer price tag.
A good padded shoulder. Carrier my 2 year old with ease.

No Stars, do not bother to attempt to purchase this product they take your payment and then fail to deliver. They do not respond to emails or telephone calls. I had to raise a dispute with the bank in order to get my money back 🤬 they have had the bare faced cheek to challenge it, REALLY ?? are you so silly Twinie to not realise that everything is tracked these days by good old Royal Mail 🙄 for everyone who has used their bank card to pay or credit card you are insured, get in touch with the bank via your banking app and raise a grievance, your bank will instantly give you back the money and then chase the company on your behalf, a greater power than you alone at work, I hope many people read this and re claim the cash from these exploiters in this way !

If you want to throw your money away, buy this carrier! It’s so poorly designed and so awkward to carry a child in that it’s laughable.

This is a scam. Product took 10 days to arrive, no branding on packaging or item. Pretty sure shipped from china, website is a front.
Actually carrier is OK but should be reported to trading standards for selling an item not as marketed.

I ordered a carrier on the 5th of February. In the order confirmation email it says “You will shortly receive an email informing you that your order will be dispatched, which should not take more than a day or two.” It is now the 26th of February and I’ve followed up twice with no response.

Is this a scam? I just want my money back or the carrier. At least a response!

SCAMMERS! Do not trust! I purchased mu carrier almost a month ago and other than confirmation, I’ve had no word, despite numerous emails to them.
Very disheartening.

Absolutely awful. Order hasn’t arrived. Done some research and I know it’s a husband and wife who own it called Emma and James. I am going to keep tagging them and calling them I get my money back

I would not trust this product. It arrived from china with no labels so I am unsure of any materials it is made out of or any care instructions. Company also deletes any negative comments from its social media!

First order dated 8 Feb cancelled at sellers request, still waiting for refund (22 Feb).
Ordered again on 11 Feb, item never arrived nor refunded. I believe the whole operation is fake.

Scam! Do not buy from them! You will never receive your order! They hide the negative comments on Instagram and then block you! They’ve changed their Instagram profile 17 times since 2019! I don’t understand how they’re being allowed to scam people like that!
They have stolen the photos they use from the wildrideuk instagram! Just check the profiles and websites and you will convince yourself! They block whoever tries to challenge them! They cancel the order without offering a refund! I’m sure these 5 star reviews are written by them! Stay away from this company! SCAM
