Pretty sure this is a scam company
Ordered 2 slings and received no email confirmation. The website boasts next day dispatch and great customer service. A week and half later I've received nothing. I reached out to them via the WhatsApp number provided on their website and via the contact form but have received no response. They replied to me on Instagram saying they can't help me and redirected me to WhatsApp. Pretty sure it's a scam. So glad I paid through PayPal and got an instant refund.

Ordered cancelled with no reason given
Ordered from Twinieshop on Saturday morning and get a confirmation email on my order so all seemed grand. Then today I got an email saying my order has been cancelled with no reason given. Super disappointed and saw on their Instagram that this was happening to quite a few people. Would really want an explanation asap. My order number is 004352174.

Wish I read the reviews first. Seems to be some sort of scam.
Placed an order that never arrived, reached out to the provided email and whatsapp number but no reply to either. No confirmation of order delivery.
Messaged the instagram page and got a reply telling me they don’t deal with that stuff?
Just avoid this company and go for a more trusted one at a bit more money.

Buyer beware before making a purchase
Made a purchase from this site that never arrived. Email enquiries bounced back (I used all available email contact addresses supplied and the online customer service enquiry form on their site).
I would like to hear from the owner of the site to ask if this site is genuine. If it is; where is my order?
