Ordered a garland that had lights ….besides taking a month to get here it was nothing as pictured…
The leaves looked and feel like paper and it the lights were the kind from the the dollar store actually the dollar stores were nicer…totally a scam!

Bought the olive leaf lights. It took 3 weeks to get them. There was a short in it. I emailed 3 times before getting a response. They asked for a video of the lights. I sent that 3 times. They sent an email saying there would send a replacement and then the next day they sent another email saying sorry it was passed the 30 days! They offered a discount on a new order!! Ummm NO!

I am happy with the items I ordered. Your prices were reasonable and should have clued people to the type of products they were ordering. I did not originally realize your home was in Australia but I ordered well in advance of Christmas and received my order in plenty of time.

Sent for the red berry twinkling tree on Nov 14. Was finally to be delivered on Dec 16. Never showed up and today is Dec 21. I received several automated responses from inquiries I sent. Finally contacted my Credit Card company & they cancelled the transaction. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU’RE FEELING THAT YOU WANT FRUSTRATION.

I bought the solar cat lantern. It lit up once for about an hour. I emailed and asked for a refund, and was told to send a video of the problem. I sent the video of the cat not lighting up but have heard nothing back for two weeks, after sending three emails. Crap products. Crap customer service.

Horrible quality. Piddly, thin unrealistic garland and greenery bunch. Yuck!

It smells like burnt plastic and they sent me fake leaves and what looks like 1 cent adhesive clips that I’m supposed to be able to stick to the wall and have it hold the item. Very poor quality! Avoid!

I ordered over a month ago and they kept saying sorry we are running a bit behind and they would include a necklace for the delay. They finally sent me an email stating the order had shipped but every day (over a week now) I click on the tracking number and it states the label has not been created! I think this is a total scam company and I am going to notify my charge card company to refund my money! Very frustrating!!

They do not send the product

Avoid at all costs ! The enchanted vine " lasted about 3 hours then flashed and blew my USB plug . I had ordered 2 sets and obviously wanted a refund for the faulty set and didn't want to risk plugging in the 2nd set ! Email contact sporadic..constantly delaying refund ..they need to seek advice from "management team" ..if I want to return I need to pay return postage to AUSTRALIA!! ..thats if they are forthcoming with address ..nearly 4 weeks in ..im down a replacement USB plug a dangerous faulty set and a suspected 2nd set of totally useless possibly fire hazard 2nd set ...obviously I've contacted my bank for a charge back .AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Total scam website. Tree did not light up. multiple messages to their customer service email resulted in pro forma responses and absolutely no contact from the company.reported to bank and better business bureau.
