Twotrees Opiniões 

I ordered a TTS-20 Pro 20W Laser Engraver Machine (€600) and a display for the engraver ($39) on September 1 from the site twotrees3dofficial dot com.

After two weeks not recieved anything, I contacted TwoTrees through their 2 official emails.
One email was not able to be delivered (fake email?) and the other - now 4 weeeks later - NO answer.

I then tried to chat through their web site bot and the ONLY answer I got was, again and again, "try once more to go to the post office"

We are talking about 2 different parcels "lost" - one from Germany and one from China.

I have many, many times told TwoTrees that they are the only one that can make a claim to the shipping company and have them track the 2 parcels.
Nothing has happened for 5 weeks now and I have asked for a full refund - NO answer.

I then told them I would make a complain to my bank (fortunately bought with my MasterCard) - NO answer for weeks.

I have now asked my bank to have the money refunded.

DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COMPANY - EITHER THEY ARE FAKE, STEALING YOUR MONEY OR JUST DO NOT C ARE ABOUT YOU - ONLY YOUR MONEY

According to the tracking both parcels has been returned to the company

Ich habe am 11.05.2023 einen laser für 359 Euro bei Twotrees gekauft , am 08.08.2023 keine 3 Monate später hat das Lasermodul seine Kraft verloren und nicht mehr graviert oder geschnitten , es gibt keine Garantie oder Gewährleistung, somit habe ich die 359 Euro Für Müll Bezahlt , jeglicher Kontakt mit Twotrees wurde geblockt bzw Ignoriert ,
Ich kann jedem nur Empfehlen nie ein Twotrees Gerät zu kaufen , ihr habt da keine Garantie oder Gewährleistung,

Ich habe am 29.06 zwei Artikel bei TwoTrees.de bestellt. Die Artikel wurden von DHL (innerhalb der EU) geliefert, aber einer kam nie bei mir an. DHL hat das Paket verloren, siehe DHL Bewertung.

Nachdem ich von TwoTrees immer wieder hingehalten wurde: „be patient“(haben Sie Geduld)…meldeten sie sich gar nicht mehr. Erst als ich Ihnen Mitte Juli die EU Gesetzesbestimmungen für Paketversand gemailt habe, wurde reagiert und ich sollte eine Ersatzlieferung erhalten.
So richtig getraut habe ich der Sache nicht, nach all dem, aber ich erhielt am 29.07 tatsächlich eine Ersatzlieferung. Nach 2 Monaten. 


Eine technische Frage zur Pinbelegung blieb danach aber wieder unbeantwortet.


TwoTrees produziert gute Geräte, deswegen auch meine Käufe. 
Aber der „Service“ ist die meiste Zeit „out of order“, was ich ärgerlich finde.

Im Moment investiert die Firma viel in Werbung und Produktvideos, den größten Teil sollten sie aber eher in einen gut funktionierenden Kundenservice investieren.

The 450 CNC from Twotrees is great value for it's size and optional spindle motor. Overall the machine has become part of our work area and used for various projects needed. Its all about size and price, plus quality build.
