I am absolutely devastated

I am absolutely devastated. I met someone on Tinder who promised to teach me flash loan trading. The scammer even sent me 19.86 BNB with which I registered and deposited into this website, showed me how to trade, and I made some profit and even withdrew 49.02 BNB. The scammer then advised that I invest more so I can get greater rewards. So I took out a personal loan for $35,628 and deposited it, followed all the instructions and was able to take my balance to $126,885. I was so excited, so I decided to withdraw $106,582, but was told the amount is too large, I would need to pay a 9% tax clearance ($9,592). I quickly took another loan and paid it since I was sure withdrawal was possible because I had withdrawn in the past. Then they demanded another 23% account unfreezing fee, which was when it dawned on me that it was a con. I explained to my credit provider, and he referred me to a private intel firm (Fiscop Advisor Inc.), who started tracing the movements of the BNB until it was sold on Binance P2P. The scammers' bank info was obtained, and he was caught, and the BNB reversed.

So bad

So bad, extremely disappointed. If the difficulty to open an account and deal with the bank is indicative of their administrative ability their is zero chance that I will be depositing any of my money into the bank account.

I am having endless problems with these…

I am having endless problems with these guys I send money to my workers which don't recieve it their response to my workers is that I have to pay them pinning the blame on me the workers telephone numbers have been fraudulently linked to other accounts opened on my workers phone numbers that they are using now I get told that they are investigating I cannot get my money now pending investigation this was reported on the 22nd of April and on the 4th of may still not concluded secondly I applied for a personal loan which they have repeatedly asked me to furnish bank statements which I have repeatedly sent to them over and over I get asked to send my bank statements I bank with gibtyme only where else should they come from this must be the most rediculous response I have ever heard of this also has been going on for nearly three weeks it's a joke.Is our money safe as it seems to be very simple opening fraudulent accounts where do I go next hello Peter and the consumer as they don't seem to be able to understand their own system why should I wait for my own money if the fault is on their side.

Improve customer support

i think making a client wait over 40min on call using their airtime isnt great customer support. You need to increase you customer support budget. I been struggling to get the self service machine to do my card replacement not sure how and where are we supposed to go get replacement cards. Both PnP, TFG nolonger have the machines so what should we do

Good day... I renewed my card today as it was expired....i don't understand why.. No one explained to me that they will deduct......,
They said it will reverse back within 7 days.... 7 days has passed... Still haven't received my money back... ‬

This company is starting to to frustrate me alot. How can money just go out of my account like that when I know I didn't use my bank card. Now I have to wait for the to fix their mistakes. This is nonsense

Lichtenburg Total sports tymebank kiosk

I went to Lichtenburg Total sports Kiosk,i met a very rude consultant with no name badge,she couldnt even help and she left me unattended just to go and sit diwn outside.I called customer service and i received the same service.I mean this company is really that bad.

Terrible service and accountability

Terrible service and accountability, I have been waiting for a feedback that was going to be given to me on the fifth of March after my account was debited six times by one company in a space of three days. No alert or whatsoever communication was made by the bank. I then requested for these payments to be reversed of which they were busy investigating and feedback was due on the above said date. Till now there is no communication from them and all their email trail is gone from my Mail boxes.

my mom has a tymebank account which has…

my mom has a tymebank account which has now been blocked due to her only have a green bar coded id book. tymebank were quick to open the account using only the bar-coded id. despite numerous visits to their kiosk we are still sitting with the problem. my mom needs her pension to buy food and electricty. my mom is old and cannot stand all day at home affairs to get a new id. no other bank has a problem taking the green id book. tymebank sort the problem out or contact me. the staff at the kiosk are useless and customer service on the phone even more so.

Tymebank is NOT a bank!!!

Actually I want to give it zero stars!!!
Tymebank is not a bank, because there is no formal building like any other bank.
I am just trying to get a new card as my card is expiring in March. They cannot send me a card and there are NO machines near me. All the machines they claim are near me is taken out of the shops, so no machines.
How can you operate a bank if people cannot even renew their cards?
I am fedup!! Closing my account! Good luck to those who is staying.

Frustration at its best shem!! From 07-08/02/2026

Initially when I used this app, I was super excited as it was easy to download and much easier to use. But yesterday I had to re-download this app on my new mobile phone. You won't believe my frustration as even now, I am still struggling to take a selfie. The dialogue keeps saying, "Move back", when I do it will say "Come closer" then let's try again. It compares a phase of a model who is white to mine. I mean I am lighter in complexion but why compare my face or your clients' faces with a white or Asian one?

To this point I couldn't pay for my bills, even had to rcancel checkers 66 twice 😒

Then I called customer care and one of their security questions was: " What was the exact amount to paid into your Future Goal Saver account"? I mean who remembers that while frustrated as I am now? They should do better with their face recognition tool. I mean CAPITEC never forgets the face of their client. They can ask you even immediately you woke up or just before you sleep, without make up on. They recognize your face. But this one, haikona!!

DebiCheck deducted after loan settled – despite advance warning

I settled my TymeBank personal loan in full and received confirmation that the account was paid off.
Two days before my next debit order date, I phoned TymeBank to warn them that the DebiCheck mandate was still active and should be cancelled. The agent confirmed that my loan was settled and assured me it would be handled.
Despite this, the debit order still went through early Friday morning and money was deducted from my account.
I phoned again and was told the funds would be reversed within 24 hours. More than 24 hours has now passed, including the next business day, and the money has still not been returned.
This left me without access to my funds and caused financial hardship. What is most concerning is that I warned the bank in advance and they still failed to act.
Consumers are penalised immediately if they miss a payment, yet when the bank makes an error after full settlement, there is no urgency to fix it.
I am sharing this so other customers are aware to double-check that their DebiCheck mandates are cancelled after settling a loan.

Extremely Poor Customer Service

Opened a Tyme Bank account a few days ago and already experienced poor customer service. A call-centre agent was unprofessional and raised his tone when I asked for a callback due to low airtime. I later emailed a complaint but received no feedback.
