The app is good overall but the app…

The app is good overall but the app does not allow the parent to review chores that were completed weeks prior and it’s a hassle when transferring big amounts of money to my child’s card.

Regarding your money transfers, you can easily use our 'Quick Transfer' feature for instant, on-the-spot moving of funds, or set up 'Auto top-up' in your account settings so your parent balance stays topped up automatically. We're always working to improve, so we appreciate you taking the time to share this with us 😊

We are really enjoying the app

My boys are enjoying getting paid for chores and when they want to use there money we have no issues. There are no hidden fees like busy kid which is who we switched from. They would use there card for busy kid to buy roblox and the transaction would not go through but busy kid would still take the money and we wouldn't get it back. Acorn does not do that. Also they have savings goals they can set my teen has really enjoyed that. The boy also really like being paid to learn about how to budget and handle money with their lessons.

Love this app for my boys

Love this app for my boys. Keep them doing their chores. Also when visiting placing out eating or even shopping. They have their money to use for what they want from what they earn for the week.

Our goal is to provide a safe, secure, and educational environment to help kids and teens become smart with money. The monthly membership fee covers the complete Acorns Early online service, which includes your child's dedicated account, their customizable prepaid card, real-time spending notifications, money missions, and full parental controls (like setting flexible spending limits or blocking/unblocking the card instantly).

We really want to look into your specific account to see how we can best support you and clarify any questions you have about the account. However, we haven't been able to locate a member account using the information provided in this review. Hard to set up

We enjoy our daughter having the freedom to have access and manage her own money. The financial education feature is also really appreciated.

Transferring an amount over $100 From…

Transferring an amount over $100 From my bank account takes an extraordinarily long time. Other app transfers take hours while your app has taken as long as four days.

Hi Maureen, thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback and review. We completely understand how important it is to have your funds available quickly. Transfers from a linked bank account travel through the standard ACH banking network. This process typically takes 2 to 3 business days to safely clear and reflect in your parent balance. Should you wish to add funds to the account more quickly, I would advise linking a card for instant payments
