i ordered two orders from this websites and i paid for express shipping and i clearly mentionned that i need it urgently and they said 7 working days , one order got canceled after waisting about 15 days from my time and the other one got sent since 17 days and the shipping company said it is still in USA !! i need my refund urgently

Worst site I’ve ever bought from
I ordered 3 items October 5th which were supposedly to be delivered by 15th of October. Today is 24th of October and nothing is here. Whenever I ask one of your “friendly team” they never give reasonable answers and they were never helpful. Repeating the same sentence again and again forever,”your order have been shipped and must be delivered to within 3-4 business days”.. and when I chatted with them a couple of hours ago they were like “oh, one of your items was lost and we reordered it for you”. The item I should’ve received 10 days ago will reach their warehouse October27th -November 1st. This isn’t my problem, and something i shouldn't be paying for. And now what? Nothing, they’re acting boldly, in a robot manner, and it take them forever to reply.
Today when I asked to cancel the order they were like no your items are on the way!
But, Tracking the items never agreed with what they robot-ly repeating all over again and again. There are 2 items still in the US, and the last item no tracking details for it.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AND I WILL NEVER BUY FROM YOU AGAIN

Delivery time was stated 6-8 working days. (For express, which I chose and paid extra for). Actual delivery time will be 21 days +. Just got the update from aramex. This is far beyond ridiculous!!
