My order was dispatched quickly and arrived safely. The coffee is delicious, and I’m very pleased with my purchase. Drip coffee bags are difficult to find in UK shops, so I’m delighted that I can order them online. I hope they become more widely available in the UK.

The coffee itself is amazing and we’ve had no issues with the quality at all, we’ve really enjoyed it.

Unfortunately, our most recent order never arrived and appears to have been lost, despite payment being taken. I’ve contacted the company several times to try and resolve the issue, but sadly I haven’t received any response.

It’s really disappointing, especially as we’ve been very happy with the coffee up until now. I understand that things can go wrong with deliveries, but when payment has been taken and there’s been no response to several attempts to contact customer service, it’s very frustrating.

It’s a shame because the coffee is genuinely excellent, but the customer service and lack of communication have really let the overall experience down.

This company makes delicious coffee with beans or ground coffee. We both prefer their House Blend beans which provide a great drink of coffee with consisterly great taste from 100% Arabica beans. Rich in body and taste. We heat half a mug of semi skimmed milk on full power for one minute and 30 seconds in a 900Watt microwave and then add MyDoppio+ from my bean-to -cup coffee machine. Delicious. The company has a website where you can create an account and I order directly from there. The delivery is very quick and the coffee beans are well dated. Just received a delivery and the BBF date is August 2027, a whole year ahead. Sample packages are available so you can sample all the range, so you can decide which you like best. Currently they offer free postage on orders over £20 within the UK, which includes Northern Ireland where I live. I have made a number of repeat orders with this company as we are so pleased with the quality of the flavour and the service we receive. I recommend giving them a try.
