❌ Absolute Scam – Fake Chinese Knock-Offs! Shame there’s not an option for a negative star review as this is hands down the worst business experience I have ever had. The communication from Uggs & Moccasins 4 All is completely non-existent, and its like this company is run by monkeys.They are highly deceptive, explicitly advertising their boots as Australian Made when they are actually fake, non-genuine Chinese knock-offs. To make matters worse, they sent the wrong product entirely.When you try to fix their mistake, they completely ignore all phone calls, emails n messages for return/refund requests. Do NOT trust them with your money—this place is an absolute fraud.

NO word on a pair of Buller, M11 uggs. No tracking number or any response from email, phone and messaged. Will visit them personally if this continues, notified bank. Sorting this out. I would rate 0 if it were available

BAD Don't buy from this company. I paid $750 for a large premium white cowhide and got sent a very poor quality SMALL cow hide. After contacting them several times they did not respond. They are a disgrace to online shopping.

$275AUD spent here and they do reply after several emails but they are very bad at communicating to let me know that after 4 business days the item isn't in stock and for some reason it came in stock that day they emailed me what is a bit strange and I said I want a refund they used an excuse its out of they control to cancel. I got the items they are okay was a little dodgy on of the rugs it was taped up in a roll what was really stupid but the products was the correct one and okay

I would rate zero...Customer service, communication...Order was wrong even though my order was accepted & paid for of course...I'm now out $185.00 because of this crap store...2weeks ongoing now...

I would rate zero if I could.
They sent us a different product to the one we ordered. We obviously wanted a refund. The website says you must get approval for a refund before returning the product. Trouble is they make themselves unavailable.
Tried contacting them through the website twice, email and telephone where I left a message. They rejected talking to me through their phone service.
This company is a scam!!!!
Do not spend your money with them they have bad intentions.

DO NOT waste you money here. I saw these reviews after purchase and wish i had before hand because this company is a DISTRIBUTION company. They don't reply to emails and scan all calls so not to answer you. I live the next state over and it took 2 weeks to receive a pair of boots that would normally take 3 days. Don't expect a callback or a reply to your emails. Wrong colour was sent. Best to buy from 'UGGS' where there is customer service and better quality boots. These are not worth the money. Judgeme.com is BS (bought reviews)

Purchased Uggs in correct size but didn't fit correctly quality very poor & thin! Requested my ENTITLED refund via email but no one responded. Rang phone as provided by them but does not connect! Got PAYPAL involved in the dispute & they agreed if I returned them I would get my refund but they didn't so I had to escalate dispute to a claim in order to get my ENTITLEMENT REFUND back! What a nightmare ordeal over of a pair of SHITTY UGGS!!! SCAMMERS!!!!

How disappointing when l got my order from this business claiming it was Australian made. Not only are their products Chinese imports but when l received my order it was the wrong colour and the wrong size. Despite many attempts at contacting the business via messenger, email, their website chatbox and phone call l have been unable to make contact for an exchange or a return. l have never experienced this kind of fraud before . Apparently now l am left with a debt to afterpay and a pair of boots that are too large to wear.
