Ali was great
Ali was great! Professional and came to my place to get my surface book fixed...in ten mins. And even advised on how to better handle the laptop in future. Reliable as well. Please use his services for any customers wanting an urgent fix. He’s the MAN!

Corporate customer, damaged surface pro 4 screen, had it sent down to them and back to us within 3 working days. Done a great job, cheaper than getting a refurbed one from Microsoft too.

Really bad experience
The obnoxious technician held me to ransom, and refused to put the screen back on my device until I had made full payment by bank transfer which is an absolute joke. They have still not provided a receipt from the transaction despite being chased. There are plenty of repair shops out there so there is no need to go with these jokers.
Edit: Yes it's definitely the correct company! And this is not spam it's a genuine review, so do not remove. My email name is not my real name either, which I am not posting. I phoned the technician on Friday to chase for my receipt and I still don't have it, so I am sure he is aware who this is... Unbelievable.
Edit: There is more, I also got a slew of nasty text messages from their technician after all this.

Ali was great. Quick and no issues
Ali was great. He phoned to ask whether it was convenient to arrive sooner which was perfectly fine and worked in my favour too. Ali was polite and was done in than 20mins. Also made me aware if I had any issues to get in touch.
Great job, my phone is back to normal.
