My son managed to drop hi surface and crack the screen. Rather than having to wipe it and send it off, they came to use a time convenient to us and fixed it at our house. Very quick, and effective service and cheaper than a Microsoft repair.
Definitely going to use them again when we doubtless break the next phone of PC.

I had my iPhone 6s screen cracked inside - it was flickering and I couldn't use it although it seems to be working fine.
After a quick look on google I chose to chat with UK-Repairs - They were fast and helpful in answering my questions and I had a service booked for me for the same evening!
Ali came in was lovely and helpful. He had all what was needed (spare screens and proximity sensor that was (apparently) damaged too - all in his bag. He worked fast and explained everything he did - great service and my phone is back to normal in no time! - THANK YOU!!

Quick and efficient service

After the repair guy was 3 hours late for the repair call out (which was fine, I didn't mind waiting), he completed the repair on my Surface Pro 3 in about 30 minutes. Normally, you'd think "great!", right? Sure... But after the repair, there is now a small, but very noticeable gap along the top of the screen bezel where it no longer sits flush with the base, like it used to. The touchscreen and the screen both work acceptably, so I guess technically they completed the task I paid them to do, but I emailed them about the imperfect repair and they basically said, "don't worry, it's normal, no-one but Microsoft has the tools to fit the screens on flush, but at least your screen works, right?" Am I happy I've got a working Surface Pro 3? Absolutely... Do I think the job was done well? Let's just say that, if I ever need to replace the screen again, I'm going to be seriously considering doing the job myself first. Use this service at your own risk: they'll get the job done, but if you're a perfectionist you'll have to live with a couple of flaws on your device afterwards. And maybe you think I'm being petty, but ask yourself this; if you arranged to pay someone to replace the windshield of your car, which they do, but leave a small gap along the top edge, how would you feel about the repair? I mean, the windshield has clearly been replaced, right? It works and does the job it's supposed to, except now you can't help but look at that gap every time you get in your car. Would I use the service again? Sure, if I really had no other choices but I don't think it's worth the price tag when you could buy the part, do some research online and do the repair yourself, save around £100 in value, and do a similar quality job. But maybe that's just me...
