Would never recommend this company

Well I’ll eat my words after expecting terrible shoes they were in fact perfect.
The correspondence is bad and saying UK is misleading as they are not UK and delivery took nearly 3 weeks but they look good are very comfortable and my sister is comfortable for the first time in ages.

Worst quality footwear ever.
Arrived today after a three week wait and what a disappointment they are. Poor quality and feel, no support whatsoever and a sole made from what can be described as recycled shower gel bottles. The main body of the shoes feel like egg carton cardboard which will probably dissolve in the first sign of rainfall. If my wife didn't have a bad knee now she would definitely have one if she wore these excuses for trainers.
Fell for the company name of UK shoes thinking it was a UK company with swift delivery, should have done my homework but hey ho, never again.

Ordered 8 July, arrived 23 July. The shoes were squashed into a tight bag and can't even be described as shoes - they are complete rubbish, very badly made and flimsy.
Tried contacting the company for a refund many times without success. They're based in China and have no intention of ever refunding.
They pretend to be a family company based in UK - it's criminal what they are doing and their adverts should be taken down!! They're conning everyone.

Not even one star for this company. Misleading to customers as not based in UK. Complained that trainers not fit for purpose and tried to get a prepaid label to send them back. Trainers were squashed into a polythene bag on delivery. Took ages to be delivered from China. Wish I had cancelled when I realised this company was not UK based. Needs investigating asap.

I have now attempted a third return / refund request and have heard nothing back from UK-Shoes, from any of my (polite) emails using the email address they publish, or from messages via their online contact form. They sent the wrong size, the quality is really cheap, they arrived late etc. Am I ever likely to hear back so I can return the shoes and get a refund?

** update 15/9/25 - To anyone who paid via any card debit or credit contact your company and claim a dispute**

After going via my bank to claim the funds back for the shoes - substandard, not as described, not even leather etc. - finally heard from them via email and they asked me to withdraw my complaint. On the advice if my banking fraud team they said not to do so. The company either are ignoring what my replies are or not able to understand. I'm getting offered free shoes, told they can't refund because of the claim but if they go via the banking system processes are in place so they're still lying as far as I can tell. Anybody, EVERYONE! just don't buy from them at all, save yourself grief and hassle.

I can't even give this zero stars. I stupidly didn't check the site address. They're based in China, they've got a recorded voicemail saying the number will be reassigned shortly (like WTAF!!) ....no email response. Shoes so poorly made a primary school kid could have glued them together. Not leather either. Wish I'd seen these reviews first. £40 down the drain.... DON'T GO NEAR THEM

This company is not in the uk they false advertise. Supposed to be orthopedic trainers. Absolute garbage . They sent the wrong size the reply I got was hey bro we don't sent wrong size. Very professional. The quality is awful cheap and nasty.

totally rubbish company do not buy from these waisting your money. foam shoes wouldn't let the dog wear them!!

I would not give any star but had to give one.
The sandals I ordered took 2weeks to come and when they did they came in a plastic bag , they are cheap looking, and I was sent the wrong size. I really should have look at the reviews first, because I would NOT have ordered from this website. When getting in touch by email I was told they don’t sent out return label, but I can send them back I would have to pay for the postage. And they may refund me. This is not a uk based company it is from Chinese company DO not order from this company if you do it’s a big mistake

Avoid at all costs.
The shoes I ordered cost 36 pound.
I wasn't expecting the world but they were very poor quality and we're actually too big. They didn't come with a returns label so had to email for info. I was met with rude responses and told to foot the bill to send the shoes back to China. Would probably cost more than the shoes in the first place.

Not even worth 1 star. Just throw your money in the bin if you're ordering off this site. Cheap flimsy rubbish & when you try to contact the company by email they get ignored. Tried ringing the number & is just engaged all the time. Am going to see if I can take this further as they will be making a fortune on rubbish, the website needs closing down. Will also be contacting my bank as maybe they can stop others from ordering off this site.

Shoes took ages to arrive as they come from China, not the UK. They are cheap nasty plastic with no support. Overpriced and uncomfortable.

Bought trainers, fair enough they did arrive. Size was bigger than I ordered so I asked for exchange or refund. The reply I received were that if they were too big that was OK. I said I still wished to return for refund or replacement, and since that day they have ignored all of my emails.

Shoes very poor , mine needing to be returned. SIMPLY DO NOT FIT. CHEAP LOOKING , ill fitting, fitting all wrong.
THEY will decide whether you can return them.
Waiting for return label. Will I ever get it??????
Guess what? Their shoes have to be returned to CHINA.
The CHINESE then decide when they reach CHINA, whether you will be paid.

Great if you can get away with this!!!!!

Need reporting. Need termination.

Buyer Beware!! I ordered a pair of men's shoes, size 9.5 which was clearly stated on the website. When they eventually arrived I realised they were too small even though that is my usual size. I checked the size sent and found it to be a CN43, which is a size 9! After many emails requesting a returns label I was told that they didn't send the wrong size and would not give me a pre-paid returns label. The postage to send them back to China was more than half the price of the shoes so they are going straight to a charity shop.....

TOTAL SCAM. Reported to google as they had a UK company address and a fake phone number. This was changed immediately but Google has still not taken the site down.

Cheap Rubbish and no returns, no replies on emails. Just take your money and ignore.

The orthopaedic sneakers arrived. Awful quality too big plastic and cheap. This company uses the title uk but they are Chinese based. Wish I'd read the other reviews they're only fit for the bin

Don’t buy from this company. Their trainers an advertised as orthopaedic trainers but are actually just cheap Fashion trainers brought in from China. It says 3 days delivery. Mine took 3 weeks to arrive from China. I’m only keeping them because the chance of getting a refund is probably zero as they don’t respond to emails when you try to contact them. I’ve cut off the label that says Fashion at the top of the tongue as it looks really tacky so I can at least wear them .
