When considering a hard drive upgrade for my laptop, I found the Crucial scan app very useful in providing me with the necessary info regarding device compatibility.
I subsequently ordered a 1TB SSD which was delivered promptly, and which matched the description.
The price was also very competitive.
I have now upgraded my laptop with the SSD, and so far, I'm very pleased with the result.

Not my first purchase from Crucial, now a 5 year customer of using their products, surper pleased with their service, delivery, packaging, ease of ordering, product price and quality of product. Crucial is my first port of call for all memory and memory upgrades. As for their after sales service I don't know as I've never had to use any after sales for problems. Quality products at an affordable price, 10/10. Thanks all involved.

Overall everything went well and I received what I bought, I was just a little disappointed by the time it took for the item to be delivered.

Product is extremely good and it would have a 5 but the process for registering the warranty was horrendous a) because finding the serial number proved impossible and b) because I kept getting error messages. As I bought the unit from Crucial I don't understand why I needed to supply a serial number. I haven't had the time or energy since to try again.
Update 29/9/24 Crucial have stepped up to the plate and sent further instructions on dealing with the issue. They have also confirmed I don't need to register for warrany as long as I keep the receipt (in this case digital from them). Happy now to up my rating to 5

My first time upgrading SSD in laptop. Video support on Crucial site made it all very easy. Cloned my old drive and installed the new using the supplied software. Cloning toke about 30 minutes and installation was even less than that. Very pleased with end result.

The site guided me through exactly which memory I needed for exactly the model of Mac I have; the price is very reasonable, and it arrived when they said it would.

I laptop fast working after installing those parts so it’s worth it to buy from heree
