Bought memory and an m2d internal ssd from crucial. As always, items were reliable and 100% compatible with the machine. Highly recommend crucial for all memory upgrades.

Great product but delivery a little slower than some.

Perfect memory

I am in a terrible position with Crucial and Amazon.
I bought a crucial 4tb SDD from Amazon . It did not work after I cloned it with my iMac.
Amazon could not help as they could not assure me they could wipe the drive.
They told me to send to Crucial.
Then crucial told me I would get a replacement by the 29th August. Then out of the blue they said they do not have a replacement.

I am £240 out of pocket and am still awaiting a solution.

I have had to accept a downgrade SSD. They won't consider any refund or recompense for all the trouble they have caused.

Now had an email saying no discount will be given. This means I am £20 out of pocket.

Bought some RAM from Crucial it went seamlessly, arrived quickly well packed.

Have ordered several SSD’s from these guys and each one has been fantastic! Would definitely recommend over bigger names brands. Great product great quality 👍🏼

Ordered the full capacity for my PC - inserted, all spot-on.

What was ordered took longer than expected the memory was fine and just what I needed

1drives arrived with missing parts. On the crucial you tube channel stated that the drive came with a spacer part. All my drives came without this spacer. This meant that my Fujitsu laptop did not align with the data slot, and I thought caused the laptop to crash as it got hotter, and expanded the tracks on the data interface
2 crucial offered a 10% discount on your first order. This was not implemented on the invoice. I hope they will honour their commitments
3 I ordered my drives via the crucials UK website. However the invoice came under the name of a company called "digital river". I will not know until the credit card statement, that I will be charged twice. I find this very confusing

Needed to swap out a failing hard drive from my Acer Aspire One 522 netbook so decided to replace it with a SSD. I wasn't sure which type would be compatible with my netbook so headed over to Crucials website having used them previously for a memory upgrade and was pleased to find they also stocked compatible SSDs in several storage sizes. Ordering was quick and easy and I received the drive several days later. Fitted it to my machine and it"s working perfectly. Very happy with purchase.
