Our experience with Elegoo has been very positive and we are repeat customers. They are fast and efficient with delivery and the communication is very good. We have been happy with the quality of filament we've purchased, in the main. Some of the silk PLA hasn't adhered as well as others. Our most recent delivery of basic PLA has performed really well.

Super fast and reliable delivery with a printer but the only proplem i had under the magnetic sheet on the the layer under it i had a small dent not its not a proplem

Great 3D printer at a great price. Fast delivery too. I've never 3D printed before, but printed a great looking Benchy & spiral vase using PETG CF as my first ever prints without any problems at all. Can't wait to experiment more ...

The 5 random rolls of PLA I ordered all turned out to be pink!

This was great as I was informed that there was a delay of 4 to 5 days and the order arrived two days after I received the email message.

Excellent communication once the order had been placed, goods were well packaged, arrived safely and in good order.

Choosing and buying from website was great. Delivery was appalling. Boxes with printer and extras I ordered was just left on doorstep in full view of passers by. We live on a busy road. Drivers not knock or anything. Boxes clearly showed what was in them. Luckily my wife was at home waiting for delivery and heard driver shutting gate on his way out. Emailed elegoo about delivery and still awaiting reply.

Delivery was super quick with delivery tracking given. The printer is great and will be looking at another in the future.

Everything that I bought from Elegoo arrived quickly and in good condition.
I have not as of yet used any of the items so I can not comment as to their functionality. I did test the build plate of the Sat 16k Ultra with a reference surface and gauges and that was far from flat (a little concerning). If that will affect the funtionality of the printer, I can't say.
I am also a little concerned with the lack of spare parts available on the Elegoo website. But that may be a time of year thing (i.e. nearing christmas).
Fingers crossed all will be well.
