They are using the wrong postage service!
I'm absolutely disgusted. Hundreds of pounds of equipment were left at the bottom of my block. No one rang the bell or knocked on my door. My parcels were basically dumped in the most convenient place for the driver. Anyone could have taken them! They were not even left outside my door.

I’m really impressed with my Elegoo 3D printer. The print quality is excellent, especially for the price, and the setup was much easier than I expected. It’s been very reliable, and I love how consistent the results are. Whether for small detailed prints or larger projects, it handles everything really well. Definitely a great option for both beginners and more experienced users.

Great filament, just not happy with cardboard spools, 2 of my 5 came out of the box bent in places, my AMS doesn't like that, so had to respool them onto plastic.

After much research decided that the Elegoo "carbon" was suitable for me. Didn't require multi colour, just something capable, simple and to work out of the box. Straightforward ordering process, prompt delivery and it worked out the box!

Rapid delivery and a great product for single colour printing but device was immediately discounted after purchase so we paid about £80 more than we should have (Centurai Carbon). The device was also marketed as having the 'future capability' of multi-coloured printing, however they have subsequently released a new model with multi-colour capability and this now looks unlikely to be an option for buyers of the original Centurai Carbon - so essentially mis-selling of product.
Also had an issue with the Elegoo silk-PLA consumable which should appear metallic silver when printed but is in fact just grey with a very slight sheen definitely nothing like silver. (the silk-gold is a much better one and the silk white is also good).

I love Elegoo printers, and generally I hear the support is great. I ordered a Saturn 4 from the site with "worry free" insurance. The parcel never showed up and the tracking showed it was being sent back to Elegoo for some unknown reason. Elegoo kept directing me to the "worry free insurance" and the worry free insurance kept directing me to Elegoo. I still haven't received a printer or a refund and I'm full of worry. It has really been a let down.

Arrived quickly, works out of the box. Delivery all good. Petg-cf works fine .Good value for money. Hopefully parts will be available if I need them in the future.
