Slow delivery & extremely poor quality
Bought a child's hula hoop, very slow delivery and it was absolute rubbish when it did arrive. I threw it in the bin as soon as I opened it.

No refund on offer
Ordered a Korg Sustain Pedal. Details were not clear so it turned out I ordered one that did not fit my Korg Model. Instead of a refund, I have been offered a voucher for the Grandado Website which is no good at all. All I want is a refund and I am happy to return my goods to the UK office. However, this is not possible. Very frustrating and seems like a scam outfit to me.
Although Lia replied after some time, no action was taken and I had to accept a 50% refund. Do not buy from these people!!

We had not realised the product would be sent from China, and it took a bit longer than from a uk supplier, but we were able to track delivery, it came fairly quickly, and the recipient was happy.

Wonderful gift for a cat lover

This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I've been waiting over a month for some saxophone reeds that I ordered.
Just received a second notification to say there is problem ("things get lost"). Never again will I go anywhere near this company - they are truly useless and incompetent and probably liars.
