THIS IS A SCAMMING COMPANY TAKING YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SENDING THE GOODS

Placed an order for a roof arieal for a Skoda Octavia priced at £11 + came to check out and it was now £12+. Tried chat line waste of time. Asked to speak to someone. No response. UTTER WASTE OF TIME.

Don’t use this company. I had no idea this was a company in Hongkong when I ordered a kitchen gas stove from them. I paid 325 Euro and the price on the order summary was £274. But I noticed they took £286 out of my account. The emails to them were always undeliverable. The online chatting didn’t work at all. The product I received was an unbranded flimsy thing from China. No product manual or information on safety cautions come with the product. Spent nearly £300 on something dangerous to use.
Avoid!

AWFUL company. AVOID at all costs. The policies make it essentially impossible to return a product (even when unopened and entirely unused).

I tried to cancel my order just after it went through (less than 30 mins) and was told that this wasn't possible (wasn't given a reason), and that I would have to wait for the product to arrive, to then return it. After a few weeks the product finally arrived (missing the arrival date anyway), but I was told I wasn't able to return the product due to it being delivered to a company address aka. my work address because that's where I could more easily received the parcel.

On explaining this, a member of Vice Deal just kept repeating that no returns are accepted when on behalf of a company (even though I explained 4 times that this wasn't the case, the purchase was made on behalf of myself and at my own expense!).

Do not expect to be able to return anything or be able to cancel an order. The policies are set up to ensure that the customer has no rights and there is absolutely zero customer service.

Avoid at all costs. Bought a garden tap, sounds easy right? It took forever to arrive. Was very expensive, so I expected better quality, but absolutely not! Something you can buy in a store at £7 was £25 before delivery with them. The tap is not standard garden tap fitting for hoses etc. though it is sold as a garden tap? It came with just a tap, nothing to fix it to the wall and the plumber couldn’t even see how it was supposed to fit to the wall. He had to improvise quite heavily to get it fixed. When I contacted them about how to fix it to the wall with the Webchat thing, I got a very snotty and unhelpful person that I just couldn’t believe was working in CUSTOMER SERVICE!! basically told me I got what I got, so go away. Lovely! So you get cheap, overpriced stuff with long delivery times and zero after sales support at all.

Poor quality goods that didn't fit together properly and ultimately failed within 2 weeks. The robot is offering to send replacements but ignoring my request for refund and keeps sending feedback requests. 2 weeks and counting since I raised the refund issue...

Ordered a 8 piece hair clipper set, when it arrived it was ONE piece with number 8 on it, absolute joke of a company will never be ordering again

Brought a battery from these people and it took over 2 months and still no battery went through loads of emails after 2.1 months I finally got a refund. They are not uk based they are Chinese based . Not satisfied at all with their service

Placed an order, now can't get any reponse from them. Had an email confirmation which in the small print says delivery could be 30 days! That should be stated at the time of purchase, not three days afterwards.

Was easy to buy. On arrival I thought I might need to set it up to operate but noway, it worked straight away. Great buy. Great coms from the company.

Product was not a mixer tap as advertised. Contacted customer services to return, they attempted twice to negotiate a less than full value refund, now refusing to respond. Do not use this company!!

Order Number: VICE-UK-27208, Sam, the robot accepted my claim that after 6 weeks when Sokany stainless still kitchen wonder chopper arrived from China its electric motor not working.
I was immediately offered another new chopper will be sent and I don't have to return the one I received.
I paid £66,39. But the product is very cheap.
Now I have to wait another 6 weeks before the product is delivered. Was confirmed on my email that they will send another one as soon as they can.Problem is their web site is UK but when place order it takes you to China .
Customer Service Very Helpful.

Scam website, they will send fake items and no reply for return.
