Awful service and product. My vape arrived and the button become faulty 3 weeks after purchase. They advised me they couldn't accept returns for unopened items after 14 days. I wanted to return the faulty item for one that worked, not an item that I'd simply changed my mind on. I explained again that this was a faulty product that they sold to me and they told me no and to contact their manufacturers (no clue what they'd do as i didn't buy from them). They still haven't got back to me with contact details for them and are just ignoring me so stay away from this company. Having to go through my bank to get the money back.

I use this company all the time and it's always on time. Brilliant products. Never any faults. 100% recommend this company to anyone.

Guys don't Ever go for ukvaporwaves if you want to get your juices within 4 freaking weeks. not just once it will happen Every time. also they take orders of product they don't have, then refund you after a month. what a Trash Service!

On time delivery

I’ve ordered previously with this company and they stock the flavours I struggle to locate in many other places. They are excellent value for money, do excellent offers on buying bulk and when I have had questions and called they have been very happy to help.
Fast delivery and no problems at all - I highly recommend.
My last delivery they accidentally sent the wrong flavour in error for a box of 10 that I ordered, I sent them an email and spoke with them on the phone, they were very helpful, and sent me a pre paid return label and once they have received these they will send the correct ones out. As stated previously delivery’s have been excellent and on this occasion mistakes happen and they were very polite and rectified immediately.
I was hesitant in ordering at first however I highly recommend and will be recommending to everyone to use this company. This company is now who my self and family will be ordering all future vapes from.
