Utter Rip off merchants Ordered 2 mods £116 , got Email saying dispatched got another Email from DPD saying the order had been canceled ,I rang them up to find out what was going on, They told me there had been a mix up and it was with Royal mail. It arrived a week later. No probs I thought opened package Plugged both mods in .......... 10 mins later screen on Both mods displaying Battery Error!! reset mods ............ 10 mins Later Battery Error! rang them up For a returns label nope they said send video evidence So I did . They Emailed me saying that they needed to get in touch with manufacturers , to which I quoted sale of goods act, distant selling regs ! I then Received after much toing and froing a despatch label and duly sent the goods back and got a proof of posting receipt. Having not received a refund I Emailed them to find out yet again what was going on ., there reply ...... We have not had it delivered!!! UTTER BULL I have chased up with post office they say it had been delivered within 24 hours !!!!!

Absolutely shocking & would not recommend at all.
Please try somewhere else as there are way better.
I deliberately chose flavours that stated there were plenty in stock & even took screenshots showing 400+ .
They immediately sent email saying it had been dispatched!
THEN...
2 days later when I should have already had my delivery I get a call to say sorry 8 of the ones I ordered were out of stock?!
I explained that there was plenty in stock when ordered & all they said was sorry for inconvenience!!!
Not good enough.
I said to refund my money & now they're sending me the remaining 4 vapes they did have which I didn't want. Never seen more incompetence
I now have to wait for a refund so again please don't shop here as no excuse can make this experience any better or worse for me.
