My incompetent veins were treated…
My incompetent veins were treated successfully and my years of suffering due to the NHS not recognising this condition were ended at a cost which although I should not have had to pay, was reasonable.

A really great experience, fom start to finish. The team at UK Vein Clinic were helpful, caring and professional. The procedures were all very well explained to me I was made to feel safe and confident in their care.

Exceptional patient focus
Thorough, professional and detailed ultrasound scan, fully explained and precisely articulated by an experienced nurse.
The consultation with the doctor, following the scan, was conducted in a professional and informed manner. All my questions were answered in detail. I felt welcomed and valued as a patient by a friendly and patient focused expert.

Great care at each stage so far!
Very thorough assessment pre treatment. Good guidance around what to expect. Dr and nurses during the procedure were very professional and gentle. They talked through everything! It was uncomfortable/ a bit painful and I did struggle to process everything they said but there was a back up of an email. You can’t get your legs wet for 48 hours but I bought plastic leg covers from Amazon so was able to shower. I’m about to remove the stockings and dressings and have a proper shower today . A bit uncomfortable day 1 and 2 but feel better day 3. Before during and after care is of a very high standard. Can’t comment on the final outcome just yet as at least 2 more treatments to go. Took 3 years to finally have the courage to get my legs assessed! Very happy to have done this and looking forward to at least feel more comfortable - looking better will be the icing on the cake. Thanks to the medical team for their care so far.

Varicose veins treatment at UK Vein Clinic.
The doctors and nurses at the vein clinic are very professional and helpful. My first treatment was in December and my legs are still healing from it. I was bruised and tender but gradually I am seeing good results. I have just had my second treatment.

Fabulous from start to finish😁
Fabulous from start to finish; everyone I dealt with has been friendly, professional and informative right through from contact with the office, the very detailed scan and diagnosis/ feedback and this instilled the necessary confidence to proceed with the treatment. The procedure itself was pain free and Dr Khan and his team were reassuring and delightful.
My only issue has been an allergic reaction to the silicone topped surgical stockings!

I was very nervous
I was very nervous! The nurses and doctor was amazing through out the procedure and relaxed me. The nurse was really good at distracting me as It did hurt but my veins have been very sore and sensitive for a while (had them 20+ years) so don’t delay in getting them done, I wish I’d done it sooner it may have been less painful.

Amazing!
I have finally got my varicose veins treated after 2 children’s and weight loss.
UK Vein clinic have been absolutely fantastic with me from the moment I booked a consultation right through to treatment. I have had both legs treated with ablation and foam therapy and have been taken very good care of. I am so pleased with how smoothly treatment went and I felt very little discomfort. It’s only the day after treatment but I am excited to see my results over the next few months.

Wish I had done this sooner both doctors and nurses very professional explained everything to me procedure wasn't too painful can be upto 6 months to fully see results cant wait to show my legs off in summer something I would never do before.
