My window cleaner stopped turning up, no reason has been given. I've since seen the same cleaner doing other properties on my street, so I'm not sure why he has stopped turning up, but he hasn't been since January. I always paid on time and never had any complaints or issues with the clean etc. I emailed a few times and am always told to contact my local franchisee by phone but I never get any answer. I'm now using another service. It's a shame because the service I did receive was good.

DO NOT RECCOMEND, BLAME YOU FOR DAMAGE THEY CAUSE AND COMMUNICATION IS HORRIFIC! We used this company for a year maybe 2. Communication was not great and they would turn up abit haphazardly but nothing we were overly concerned with. Until one day they are cleaning out windows and the man broke out window. Smashed it accidently with the side of the brush when trying to close a top floor bathroom window. He called the company immediately and they advised they would resolve the issue.
At the time we ere understanding accidents happen and I was sure the company would utilise their insurance and get it fixed. How wrong I was. after 2 days I had not heard anything from them. No acknowledgement, apology nothing. I contacted them the day after, their SLA is 24/48hrs for a reply. 72 hrs later nothing. I sent a second follow up email to chase which again took 48 hrs for a response. They advised it was being looked into. nothing more. I sent evidence of the break, explained it was dangerous as there was loose glass we would not reach but would be a major accident waiting to happen if it was to fall out. NOTHING. a week later I chased again. and 48hrs later still no response. This reflected the communication for the next month plus of trying to get this issue resolved. After numerous chases and no SLA or real complaint process provided. They first attempted to fob us off by saying the damage was already there and the guy felt intimidated by me a 5ft 3 young woman who was friendly and understanding. I sent video evidence of this. After over a month of chasing, providing quotes, photos , videos context etc. They essentially said as we couldnt prove the window was not broken before the clean (the guy said it was) that they were not willing to resolve the issue.
Their customer service is awful. Not one human to speak to over the phone, not sticking to their SLAs and then damaging our property and blaming us. Oh and they tried to come back and clean our windows after we had cancelled it.
I would not recommend to anyone. EVER worst experience of customer service, complaint management and damage resolution. If you do us them make sure you photograph your windows.

Emailed for a quote was offered a free first clean the clean was disgusting the windows were dirty and streaky they scheduled a free clean to rectify and didnt turn up emailed about it they said definitely the following week and a no show again very poor clean and unreasonable.

I asked for a free quote. Rescheduled their visit twice so I couldn't tell them what I needed exactly. Then they sent a threatening letter with a hefty bill. I would avoid at all costs

Please avoid using. Very disappointed as the cleaners damaged the conservatory guttering and left without saying anything or even telling me they had finished. Customer Services have not accepted my photographic evidence and any attempt to communicate by phone always goes to voice mail. It is a shame that customers are not trusted in a company that relies on franchise outsourcing. I would suggest more QA to ascertain the true quality of workmanship and the true professionalism of workers. This has surprised me and caused extra expense on a 3 year old conservatory.

Stay away . Trying to say i owed them money for cleans that weren't carried out. Threatening court action . Then they let it drop after I proved they we're trying to scam me . £48.75 better off.

We not book or order the company to clean our windows he came clean put slip to pay £20 came in garden without any permission and didn't clean all windows. Scamming why i need pay if they not been ordered for my address and the job not been done properly windows still dirty! Goole. UK

This is a very scammy company. Once they have you signed up, you will find it very difficult to cancel. I emailed them to cancel (because there's no online account) and they refused, not once but twice.
The first time they demanded to know why I wanted to cancel, as if it's any of their business. When I confirmed that I was cancelling, you would think that would be enough?

But no, they sent a second email, this time insisting that they couldn't do it without filling out their online form (well hidden until now). This email went to spam filter, so I didn't see it for three weeks.

Then, they started calling and threatening legal action for non-payment. It's not clear that any windows had been washed since then, but they still wanted payment.

It's a lock-in scam. Do not use this company.

Firstly this guy took it upon himself to Clean our windows without our Consent 11th May 2026 at 2.15pm (we have NEVER had a window cleaner) and then to make it worse, he let himself into my neighbours garden, Jumped over the fence into my garden and unlocked my rear gate and had the cheek to post an Invoice throug my door for £25. this is absolutely not on and i HAVE contacted 101 about this and Ihave submitted a crime report for tresspass. i have cameras all over my house so can show them the videos.

Ive used this Company for a few years now. They come out to your convenience. The operator did a thorough clean. I would recommend them.

This is a cowboy outfit, never answer the phone hence a face less company. Operatives who submit an invoice stating the clean was completed = corrupt! Had on numerous occasions reported their actions, I have witnessed and recorded their inept service!! Give them a ZERO!!! For everything they claim to provide!!!The absolute arrogance and stupidity of the customer service Charging me for services which did not occur . Totally inept unprofessional services applied,give this lot a wide berth!!!

Good service and good price the window cleaner turns up when they say they will and goes a great job.
