Had my first free window clean. Looked a good job so I decided to go with uk window clean. Arranged to come one week didn't show. They said they'll come another week didn't show. Tye weather not been great, but heard nothing from them. Then yesterday at 08.10 uk window clean show up. Thought oh they didn't say they was coming. Good stuff windows getting cleaned at last. DISAPPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST.i checked when I noticed the van had gone. Missed 4 windows god knows how . 🤔 ❓️ 🤔 ❓️ slip through the door stating I owe £18.00 for a clean ive apparently had and £18.00 for today .... THE AUDACITY OF THE COMPANY how dare they. I'm not paying for half a job and a job that never happened I cant get out much as I'm struggling with physical health. So I know UK WINDOW CLEAN DID NOT I REAPEAT DID NOT COME HERE ONCE. So sorry for this long review but this is the place to share your true experiences with companies and this is 💯 the true account of the terrible experience I had with uk window clean. They asked for my last review to be taken down which it was. So I've done another one without the so called profanity I hope you give this company a wide birth as I've told a few people so far and word gets round fast. ALL THE TRUTH

Arranged for a first clean and was adverised as been free. Was advised leave gate unlocked which I did. Window cleaner arrived at 7.20am which is quite early and no warning could arrive so early. Only cleaned 3 of the front windows and not the front bedroom window which was the one i needed cleaning the most. Back of house not cleaned. Front garden gate left open and had note pushed thrpugh door saying I owe £12. No contact details for window cleaner, emailed ukwindow and received automated email saying will reply in 48 hours , still no reply. Tried calling their phone number several times no answer and recorded message says call back later. I dont want another clean and refuse to pay as not happy with service and have emailed stating this

We got UKWindow clean as finding a service was difficult. I couldn't be more pleased with their service. The first clean was free but still carried out with the same professionalism. I would recommend these to anyone.

Overall, a very good service provided. Have been very accommodating recently when we've had to (more than once) postpone our regular clean owing to extensive work on the house, which has resulted in creation of dust and debris.

The windows are perfectly clean, a very serious and very understanding company, because I am not home when they come, they let me know the day before to leave the gate unlocked so they can have access to the back of the house.

Have been amazing every single time and i’m very happy with the outcome so far thank you very much, definitely recommend.

As a disabled person with access needs/reasonable adjustments, this has been brilliant because I can email and they let me know. One important thing to know is that this is a pure water method which is great because I have pets and care for the environment so nasty chemicals. I live in a new build with lots of mud and dust on site and being near the sea so the windows get very dirty and will get cleaner with each regular clean. Plus being able to schedule in an annual gutter clean, driveway clean, fascia clean and being able to pay directly from my bank because of being housebound and unable to use a phone.

I have no problem with the window cleaning work, but the communication with customer service is very poor.

I've been trying for several weeks now to let them know I'm no longer responsible for our contract, as we now have a Managing Agent.

Several emails, several voicemail messages and a web form contact, and still nothing.

Just a confirmation of my request and letting me know they're dealing with this would be sufficient.

... 19/11/2025 ... I'm updating this as I can't reply to today's reply. I have full records of dates and times of contact that wasn't ever replied to, but I'll leave it to rest. Thanks for your email saying the changes have been made. It does seem like Trust Pilot is the most effective way to contact you.

Easy and swift. From initial request within a week the free clean was completed. Has definitely made me wonder what we paid for at our last house! Perfect job, Stephen explained how the system for booking worked if we wanted to take up regular cleaning, top job! Placed our request to the customer services team, Becky ensured what we wanted was possible. 3 storey house window cleaning made easy, 4 weekly cleaning booked. Perfect service.

Easy to contact,cleaned our windows in the daytime while we were at work ,free first trial clean,did a good job of cleaning the windows fair price,were planning on having them done now regular.👍

Great service leaving windows sparkling.
Occasional access to back of house limited, cleaner does manage to still clean over the fence sometimes.

My 1st clean with this window company, can't fault the service , didn't expect them to clean my doors and sheds doors too. Great service will definitely keep them, it's easier than me trying to get out and do them. They txt let me know what day they was calling, good customer service thanks. Highly recommend and will be using in future.

asked for a quote and took up the offer of the free clean. The windows and frames were new, few months old. I wouldn't have known they had called had it not have been for the letter through the door and the knocked over garden ornaments.
Even though it was just a quote and free clean, you get signed up for regular cleans and have to cancel if you don't want to be charged. This is pointed out on their advertising.
I emailed to cancel and received a reply back asking me to give them another chance. I replied no, want to cancel and have now been signposted to a 6 page cancellation form. It should not be this difficult to cancel something I haven't actually started yet.
Just wanted to advise that you need to put time in to cancelling, it isn't just a case of a quick email or call.

Update after uk window clean reply. The only contact after filling out an online enquire form was a text saying the service had been cancelled. After phoning the office to resolve this matter and saying I’d call back the next day for update. I am now been accused of blackmail and threatening behaviour. Which is quite ironic really when they say in their own words “ will forward my account to debt collection unless settled immediately”

Left my details for an online gutter cleaning quote on a property I let out. I was told someone who be in touch. A week later I’m getting a text saying they was unable to attend and would re arrange asap. Next thing I heard was today when I had a text and a email saying I owed money. After contacting customer service I was told someone did a gutter cleaning on the property and posted the invoice through the door. Seen as tho I don’t live at the property I never received it and the tenants never thought anything of it as no one came to the property while they was in. I never agreed or got given a price, time or date they just turned up when they wanted to carry out the work. Currently taking it up with the customer service department as I am refusing to pay the bill.

Fabulously discreet and efficient service. Would happily recommend this company. I have lots of high, difficult to reach windows and never an issue. Customer service is accessible and prompt when its needed.
