The measurements were slightly off but just a few cm not a big issue.

Ordered placed on the 14th, confirmed on the same day, delivered on the 27th. Lovely print quality with nice colors and cool transparent edge stitching. Seems to be pretty durable so far. Small error on the upper right side of the stitching where it looks like the print got covered up by a loose thread.

Easy to navigate website, and simple to understand custom image uploading tool. Good built in order tracking on site.

Fair pricing especially compared to similar custom mousepad websites!

I am beyond impressed with the quality of the print of this mat! It is a superbly clean print, right to the edges of the mat, no distortion or loss of resolution. The color is vibrant and the feel of the mat is outstanding. My mouse tracks perfectly. Price was ridiculously low! I'm sold, and will likely be ordering many more from them.

I had a great experience getting our own artwork printed on a 24 x 36 pad. It was very clear, and we are very happy with how it turned out.

The customer service part was good. I did get a refund on the product I never received that was supposedly shipped. I placed an order May 2nd and the item never showed.
Also the company never sent me an official tracking number, just word of mouth.
Thankfully I got a refund, I am still not too sure this place isn't a scam. I don't recommend ordering from this place at all.

It was great working with the designers to get exactly what I wanted and even change based on some of their proposed designs. Shipped quickly once the design was finalized. It looks and feels great! Will definitely be ordering from here again when I need a custom designed desk mat!

Material was amazing, asked them to add an extra bit that wasn't even on the original image and they had made it blen perfectly. 5 stars. P.s I want another one 😭
