Both my partner and I were looking for some camping equipment for our son's first Scout Camping trip. We literally walked I to the door and I asked specifically for the items we required and Ryan A literally supported us every step of the way; from showing us a selection of Sleeping bags, a sleeping mat and all the torches. Nothing was an issue and we felt incredibly supported and listened too. We were also as used that as it was for a scouting trip we could gain and additional 15% off the already competitive prices! Visited the Riverside store today and all I knew was that I needed a pair of walking boots after my last pair let me down. Was looked after by Christine, who couldn’t do enough to help. Gave helpful tips and advice, and recommended what she thought would suit my needs. She could have easily pushed the most expensive pair onto me, but didn’t and gave her honest opinion. Was chatty, friendly and knowledgable about the products. Also bought a new coat from the store, as they had a sale on, and prices were too good to pass by. I wore the shoes within half an hour of buying them on a walk, and it was as if they were giving my feet a cuddle. Thank you Christine for all your help today. Really is appreciated.
