I ordered a coat from here for over £200. It arrived promptly however they’ve left the security tag on and I can’t get hold of anyone to get this sorted? I’ve filled the form in on the website and messaged on social media? How do you get hold of these people?

I went in to return my Merrells that were taking in water under warranty. Kim was a great help and made getting the shoes refunded a quick and easy process.
It gives you trust buying from this store knowing that the staff are so helpful in honouring warranties.

Saw a offer on line went into the store could not see it asked asked young assistant she said the offer was still on asked which one of the chairs I wanted then took them to the tills very helpful.

I bought a tent online (Vango Banshee 300) for a trip nine days away. It showed as "processing" for the next three days and I started to get antsy about it arriving in time. I called the help line and was told it was "within our expected delivery parameters" but they were unable to say what those parameters were. Long story short, it arrived on the day I left, NINE DAYS AFTER PURCHASE and I had to buy another tent at great expense in a nearby shop. They did refund me but I had to make a trip into town to a physical store to return the tent. I suspect they sell stuff they don't have in stock, then order it up.

Despite repeated requests for a VAT invoice both on the website and on the phone nothing has been sent. The fridge is great but the seller is poor.
* Update* after 1 hour on the phone to customer services they have refused to supply one. I will be reporting them to HMRC.

Do not use ultimate outdoors wedsite for ordering, placed order 18th August, still not received anything, customer service is a absolute joke,

Brilliant service on Friday 29th August at Riverside, Northampton. A big shout out to Amy and Dan. These two staff members went out of their way to sort my online order out and resolve the problem. Nothing was to much trouble - amazing. Thank you so much Dan & Amy. Shout out to Barry too - his knowledge is endless of every item in the store.

Went in for camping gas as trialing gas. Was served by Dan and so very helpful. He gave us time to ask questions about stoves, gas and so much more. Excellent employee, shame store is closing

Ordered some chairs a fortnight ago, and apparently out for delivery with Evri. They have been coming 'today' for the past several days. When I try to contact Ultimate Outdoors I get more sense having a chat with the wall - endless ansafone options, then an endless wait to speak to someone, so I gave up and sent an email, which has also not been answered.
So they have my money but I don't have the items I have paid for. Their choice of delivery company is their choice and is also their RESPONSIBILITY.
Might be simplest I demand a refund and find somewhere who can deliver what has been ordered and paid for.
Update 21 August
So they contact you with a link and then provide yet more nonsense and running around, when you have already given them the full details they require to resolve the problem.
Still no chairs from the courier they employed, and thus this remains their responsibility.

Placed an order and paid for Next Day delivery, 1 week later still not received the item. Evri tracking hasnt updated the whole time, sent 3 emails to Ultimate Outdoor customer service not one response, today i called and waiting for 25 minutes before speaking to someone, i have requested to cancel order and now i'm hoping to receive the refund. Very poor experience wouldn't consider shopping there again, total waste of my time.
To update i have received a full refund, but that doesn't change the poor experience

You order and after three days the order is still processing. Non existent customer care where it’s not possible to cancel or discuss the delay. They may say three day delivery but it’s the processing that takes so much longer.

★☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointed – Still Waiting for My Roof Tent
I placed my order for a roof tent on [08/08/25]and was given an expected delivery date of [13/08/25]. That date has long passed, and I still haven’t received the product. Despite contacting the seller multiple times, I’ve received little to no useful updates.
This has been a frustrating experience from start to finish — no roof tent, no clear communication, and no resolution. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this company until they can prove they can deliver on their promises

Ordered a camping fridge with 24h delivery as our previous one broke whilst we were camping. Easy to order and good price. Unfortunately Evri let us down (a very common occurrence) by refusing to deliver it as it was too big(!) - it was the size of a coolbox. Contacted Ultimate Outdoors explained the situation and instant refund given by a really helpful customer service rep. Can't fault the service from Ultimate Outdoors but, unfortunately I won't be ordering again from this company because they use Evri who are consistently useless-the customer service rep even said they were too! If you want to keep customers please use a different delivery company (one that actually delivers!).

Ordered a Cadac soft soak 50 on 15/07/25,what arrived was a Cadac soft soak 30 but with a product number on the order paperwork that arrived with the incorrect product for a soft soak 40.Tried calling on several occasions as when I initiated the online returns it refused to refund postage.Eventually I found a phone number for a store which was apparently for ultimate outdoors but this store had been rebranded to a Go Outdoors,fortunately the rather helpful person on the phone told me to return my order to my local Go Outdoors to deal with as apparently the Ultimate outdoors online team is absolutely useless,3 weeks and no reply from UO I’d be inclined to agree.Local Go Outdoors accepted my return and issued a full refund including the postage.

Ordered 4 x Outdoor Chairs. Only two arrived. Have found it impossible to speak with anyone at Ultimate Outdoors. I have tried Email - redirected to Web Form; completed web form - no reply; tried calling several times - UO have made it near impossible to speak with anybody. Hours waiting and no reply. Contacted Director of JD Sports - no reply; contacted General Secretary of JD Sports - no reply. Reported to Evri - as far as they are concerned, the items are 'lost'. What can one reasonably do?
It seems that Ultimate Outdoors are knowingly fleecing people (given the other reviews I have read along similar lines). Can I have my money back please or the delivery or the delivery of the chairs that I have ordered?!
Addendum To Reply:
No surprise to see that I have received the stock reply from Ultimate Outdoors. If they read my review, they will have read that I used the web link from which I have received no reply. And here they are wanting me to use it again. Exceptionally poor customer service.

Went into store to look for a gas connector for a new camping stove, was helped by Lewis who was helpful and took time to help me find what was needed and gave advice even though the store didn't have the item in stock due to the closing down sale.
