Ordered shoes at the start of may, first pair didn't arrive and a second pair sent out. Still waiting today. Advised they have been lost. Requested a refund. Felt there was a reluctance to do this from customer service. Good price, nice product but delivery has been terrible.

If I had a choice it wouldn't be one star. I have been inundated with emails and decided to unsubscribe - impossible. I have been asked to complete a form and click on named pictures amongst a group of pictures - to show I'm not a robot. Once I've done that I'm given more pictures and more pictures and more pictures - and so it goes on. What a ridiculous company. Obviously designed so people give up - as they have to do eventually. What a dreadful company they are. I've also made previous requests to unsubscribe, which have been acknowledged - AND IGNORED! I shall ensure all friends and family are warned not to purchase from this company!

Walked into ultimate outdoors. Looking at tents and a very lovely lady called Kim came over and we discussed tents and how cheap it was to camp instead of caravanning. She was very polite and helpful. And showed me the offer that was on and explained to her I wanted to ask my dad to see if he had anything. But then soon returned to shop to get the tent. Would recommend this shop hugely

Libby lobster was great. If you want shoes (or anything) this is the place. Me and a friend came in clueless and lost, lobster found us tucked away in an isle and showed us the light. I am now a happy customer with a fantastic set of boots and socks. Would recommend 👍🦞🦞🦞

My item was ordered on 12/05/2025 and was lost. After contacting courier, and being told I had to contact ultimate outdoors, I was told it hadn't been sent out by their own warehouse and that she would chase it up and call me back, she didn't so I rang again, I am now getting a refund on the item but as for the delivery cost of £19.99 they are still chasing it up, what more can I say

I was sent the wrong item by the company so as you would expect i headed for the returns section on the website only to be told i had to pay for the return. As it was through no fault of my own i was not paying to return the item so headed for the contact form on the website.
After filling in the form i received a generic email and waited for a response, 24 hours later, nothing. I then read the email again and noticed a statement saying
"Hopefully we have answered your query. If not, please do get back in touch by replying to this email. Please note your queue position will be held if you reply within 24 hours of this email being sent to you. If we receive no further contact, your query will be automatically closed."
So if you dont reply to the email after using the contact form you get no response from the company.
After replying to the email i was supplied a pre-paid barcode to send the item back via RM, the item was posted and received by the company on the 9th May
Nearly 14 days later and heading towards a bank holiday weekend i decided i had to chase the return as i was yet to receive a refund, went through the same procedure as before, fill in form on website, receive and email, reply to email and finally got a response Today (23rd May) saying that a refund has now been issued.
TLDR company does not have good processes in place to help when things go wrong.
I see every bad review gets a generic response from the company which sums up their customer service and i expect no difference here.

Awful, part of the inept JD Sports empire. I ordered an XL bike which is supposed to be a 21" frame, they sent an L which is 18", so no good to me at 6'3. I contacted their CS team who arranged collection, all good, collected and returned. 8 days later and still no refund, contacted CS who said I had arranged return so I had to chase it up, complete nonsense. I sent all the proof of tracking numbers, delivery completed etc and they said I still had to chase it up. Eventually after toing and froing they found my return and are issuing a refund, it shouldn't be this bad, just avoid at all costs.
UPDATE: Their cut and paste response is typical of these, the reason I left this review is because of your inept customer service, why would I contact you again?

Easy to navigate the on-line shop. Ordering was straightforward. Kept up to date on dispatch and delivery times. Well packaged.
