Incredibly speedy service with great customer care. Racket arrived with a small cosmetic mark - but Toby responded immediately to my questions and provided a range of resolutions to the problem. Would not hesitate in ordering from them again or recommending to others!

I want to begin by expressing my appreciation for Ultimate Padel and their commitment to customer service. Recently, I purchased a NOX racket that unfortunately showed clear signs of a manufacturing defect after only three games. I sent photos and all necessary information to Ultimate Padel, and although the 14-day cooling-off period had passed and I received no response from the NOX warranty team after several weeks and emails, Toby at Ultimate Padel truly stepped up. When I reached out to Toby again after noticing increasing damage on the racket, they responded quickly and, without hesitation, swapped the faulty racket for another NOX model from their shop—even though the warranty process was not yet resolved.

Thanks to Toby’s prompt and understanding support, my concerns were addressed and my trust in Ultimate Padel was restored. For anyone seeking reliable advice and quality padel gear, I highly recommend Ultimate Padel and their professional staff. It is a pleasure to shop with a team you can truly rely on. Fantastic customer service!! The website had said I would get 10% off for all purchases over £60 but when I bought my new padel racquet for £89.99, (great price by the way!!), I only got 5% off. I sent an email to them and within a couple of hours, and on a Sunday, Toby, the site owner emailed me personally to ask where it has said 10% because it should have been 5%. Luckily I had a screenshot of it and he came straight back and honoured the 10%, admitting it was a mistake and should have been updated to only 5%! Just a by the way but when the racquet arrived it had a bag and a free keyring with it, which I wasn't expecting. Great work guys, I've recommended you to all my friends!!
