I bought a combined bidet toilet and regretted getting it from this company.
I bought a combined bidet toilet and when our plumber was installing it he found that the cistern was too small for the supplied fill valve and it did not work. We had to spend an extra £30 to get a slimmer one. Next we discovered the soft close seat was not a soft close lid.
Next, we found that the water nozzle was not adjustable and water pours out between the seat and tha pan.
I have emailed and rang Ultrabathroom. I spoke to someone yesterday who said he would get in touch with the supplier about the fill valve. Nothing about the other 2 problems which are major problems for us when this is the only toilet we have. We would expect our new £500 toilet to be better than the 60 year old one it replaced, not worse. Customer service is appalling.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review regarding your recent purchase of a bidet toilet. We are sorry to hear that it did not meet your expectations, and we want to take the opportunity to respond to your comments.
Firstly, we would like to clarify that full instructions were provided upon your request, and the manufacturer's instructions were enclosed in the box. We also provided you with an official installation video to assist with the installation process.
Regarding the fill valve, we have been selling the same flush for over a decade, without any major issues. However, we understand that your plumber needed to adjust it as instructed, and we are glad to hear that you were able to purchase a suitable one.
Regarding the seat, we apologise for any inconvenience caused by the lid not being soft closing. As mentioned in our response to your email, both hinges were not fully inserted, and this caused the lid to not close softly. If the plumber installed it in accordance with our instructions, this issue could have been avoided. All plumber needs to do is make sure both hinges are fully inserted before securing the seat into it’s final position.
Lastly, the bidet nozzle is adjustable, and we explained this in our email response. If the nozzle is not in the correct position, it has a ball inside which can be adjusted to suit your needs.
In conclusion, we would like to apologise once again for any inconvenience caused and thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further concerns.

Really helpful
We needed a replacement loo seat. There didn't seem to be any online, but they managed to source me one anyway. Delivery was swift, and the comms were excellent.

Best integrated bidet toilet!
Absolutely loved my integrated bidet toilet. You can manage the flow the way you want to, easy to install and have experienced zero problems so far. Had a few questions when I ordered it as I was used to the Asian/Arabic type which is basically a whole plumbing job, but customer service at Ultra bathroom was super helpful and were able to answer all my concerns. Would definitely recommend.

My experience with Ultra Bathroom has…
My experience with Ultra Bathroom has been great. We ordered one of their rimless Turkish toilets with a thermostatic valve to provide warm water from the nozzle on cold days in winter.
The item arrived a few days after we placed an order. It was relatively easy to install. We watched their youtube video of how to install it, and the plumber did an amazing job.
