Bexley _ Tall Single Door Storage
What a great product at a truly affordable price. The Bexley has totally rejuvenated my kitchen with amazingly stylish storage space. The colours are fantastic and the light pink that we chose, perfectly matches our sage green cabinets. The kitchen looks beautiful thanks to Urban Lockers. I cannot thank you enough.

De kast is goed ingepakt als pakket gearriveerd. Omdat het een hoge kast is, wel handig om met zijn tweeën te monteren. Goed waterpas zetten zodat de deur makkelijk sluit. Uitstekende prijs-prestatie verhouding

Purchased two of these lockers for my nephews new room. They haven’t been built yet as the house is being renovated before they more in, but as an 11 year old I think he will love these lockers and they will see him into adulthood. They are well packaged and very heavy in the boxes, my brother was glad he had someone helping him that day to bring them in! I used customer services a few times to check dimensions and delivery day as my brother wasn’t always at the new place, I have to say that customer services via email was quick, friendly, polite and efficient. The delivery driver was also great, he spoke to my brother. Overall highly recommend!

so far not great - bought 25 days ago, still not here - zero communication. I had to contact them and have since gotten conflicting answers like 8 apr 'It arrived today' then today: 'it hasn't arrived yet, but is expected tomorrow'. wheeeeere is it!? makes me doubt that they are legit company

I purchased The Richmond drawers and The Bexley tall locker as I was looking for something different and slimline for my young son’s very small bedroom.
I am delighted with the finish, quality and colour (purchased both in navy) and both were very easy to assemble on my own. Delivery was also prompt.
I will definitely purchase from here again and will recommend to others too!

Ik heb inmiddels 7 kasten in huis van urban lockers 😂😂 wordt heel blij van de vrolijke kleuren en hoe opgeruimd alles er nu uitziet achter de deurtjes.
Ze zijn zelfs door mij goed in elkaar te zetten, de ladekast ging iets lastiger wel dan de lockers.
Mooi verpakt, snel in huis in Nederland, voelen stevig aan. Denk ooo makkelijk te verhuizen mocht het ooit nodig zijn. Bij twijfel zou ik zeggen doen!

I bought a lilac drawer set a few months ago for my daughter’s bedroom and it gets so many lovely comments. I can’t wait to buy more. The assembly and instructions were so simple to follow and when I needed to call about something the customer service was fantastic!

We took a chance and ordered 6 items from the website, based on the decent reviews. We've been very pleased by the build quality, colours and design. Some of the units require hefty strength to assemble, especially those with drawer mechanisms, which can be tricky to insert. Also, the delivery of a big pallet arrived without any pre-warning. But this is an excellent product and the price seems reasonable.

I bought 3 pieces of furniture from here. There was an issue with one part of the wardrobe but the customer service was exceptional. They delivered a replacement the following day without any fuss or hassle. The furniture is really great quality and my son is very happy with his new room.

Was looking for something abit different for our girls home, and came across the pale pink lockers. My daughters love it and so do I. Great product, took hardly any time to build. And great customer service.

We bought a Kensington locker in Forest, with an extra shelf, for use as a shoe storage cupboard a room we've designed as our cloakroom.
Ordered at 11am in Thursday 26th February, delivered to our door at 9am on Saturday 28th February.

With the extra shelf, we can comfortably fit 12 x pairs of shoes. The drawers we use for 'his & hers' hats, scarves and gloves!

The building of the locker was straightforward, as long as you follow the assembly instructions.

A neat touch was a link to a YouTube assembly instruction video.

There's nothing I would say to mark this product down, hence the 5* review.

Very easy to order what we wanted, delivered as promised.
The ones we ordered are just what we wanted.
The best part for me is, putting them together, so simple and very quick.
Most of us have had the frustrations of flat placks at some point, not with these it’s a doddle to assemble.

I was looking for a wardrobe for my son's room that was a bit different to a standard piece of furniture and came across Urban Lockers on Google. So glad I found them. The wardrobe is a lovely piece of furniture, great quality, really reasonably priced, easy to put together and arrived in just a few days. It's perfect for my 8 year old son's room and thanks to Urban Lockers, he now thinks I'm cool!

Der Aufbau ist leider sehr schwierig aufgrund der Blechkonstruktion und der Zusammenbau der Schubladen ist nichts für schwache Nerven. Uns stört auch das prominente Logo auf der Vorderseite, was uns bei den Bildern nicht direkt aufgefallen ist. An sich ist es optisch ganz schön, wenn man die wackeligen Schubladen und den schwierigen Aufbau ausblendet. Wir würden es für den Preis nicht wieder kaufen.

Ordered the skinni in the pale pink. Delivered promptly & was easy to build. It looks great & was a fraction of the cost of a similar other company. It was nice they sent me a 10% code of future orders.

Brought 4 Oxford side tables. Replacing built in wooden sideboards. Easy enough to assemble and looks amazing will definitely be buying other products Delivered within 2 days of ordering good communication from Urban lockers

Bought the Bexley locker in blue. Arrived very quickly via a courier and very securely packaged.
The locker comes supplied with everything you need to assemble it , printed instructions and also a video link explaining assembly.
I assembled it on my own with no problems.
Beautiful choice of colours in their ranges and ideal if you're fed up of mdf or cheap drilled ply furniture.
It's a proper statement piece.

Ich habe drei verschiedene Artikel im Wert von rund 500 € bestellt. Leider wurde einer der Artikel komplett falsch geliefert – sowohl das falsche Modell als auch die falsche Farbe.

Die Kommode, die ich ursprünglich bestellt hatte, ist nun plötzlich nur noch verzögert lieferbar. Um den Fehler zu melden, musste ich zunächst Fotos machen, um überhaupt zu „beweisen“, dass der falsche Artikel geliefert wurde.

Auch der Rückversand gestaltet sich sehr umständlich: Die Abholung soll über FedEx erfolgen, was in der Praxis bedeutet, dass ich den ganzen Tag zu Hause warten muss, bis die Kommode abgeholt wird – etwas, das für Berufstätige schlicht unpraktisch ist.

Vom Kundenservice kam außer einem kurzen „Sorry“ leider nichts. Auf meinen Vorschlag eines Preisnachlasses als Entgegenkommen wurde ebenfalls nicht eingegangen.

Am Ende habe ich nun den ganzen Aufwand und Stress, obwohl der Fehler eindeutig beim Händler liegt. Sehr enttäuschender Service – so stelle ich mir Kundenorientierung nicht vor.
