Quick response, and when I wasn’t sure why my bike wasn’t shipping, they physically called me. They reassured me that, it would be on the way very soon. 2 days later I got my bike.

I am very happy with the excellent service that I received from ultra bikes. They were responsive and helpful. They worked with me on Particular requests that I had. I’ve only put about 10 miles on the bike so far but I’m loving it. I still have to get it to the beach on fire Island, looking forward to that. The bakers everything I had hoped for and more!
